It was a bit second rate and old before the renovations but it is great now, the deli and meat sections are great, store is clean and aisles are well lit.. I always classed myself as a Coles shopper but I've been a bit put off going there of late even though Coles is closer to where I live.

Walked into self service area where 2 workers were having a conversation in the middle of the path blocking me from going to a register. I had to say excuse me to BOTH of them, because the second one still didn't move out of the way after the first one did.Then while I was scanning my items the one who didn't move out of the way was literally standing right over my shoulder watching me.You really need to teach your staff spacial awareness and personal space.. or just don't hire people with abysmal social skills.Does every major chain in Werribee just hire rude unintelligent NPCs, because I swear the exact same plebs work at Bunnings across the road.

This place is often quiet, well stocked and easy to get a park close to the door. The staff don't seem to disappear when you're looking for help, and the young staff are respectful, and very helpful. I would definately recommend giving them a try.

Went into Woolworths Werribee store today as leaving the store the store worker that was working there opened my bag of shopping and took stuff out of the shopping bag and lifted the bag telling me that I had not payed for something and when I went back to the store later on the store manager kicked me out of the store for no reasonI feel that the two indian people involved today should not be allowed to work in this store because of there rude conduct towards customers in storePeople should feel safe doing there shopping in WERRIBEE Woolworth's

Always great fresh food and the deli range has great product range plenty of good products for every taste. from easy access with disabled parking. Fast checkout. Easy place to shop. Always a good special going on and prices are good at the moment.Fresh food is always great and kept tidy. Always worth the visit

I love going to this woolies. Store is always stocked, staff are friendly and helpful. Store is clean, and fresh produce is always on display. Checkouts are always open, 10 items or less, self serve or a worker at a register. Plenty of trolleys and parking also.

Just went to your Branch at Werribee Central , your counter staff named Neelima had a bad customer service experience at all, i know its an accident that she dropped one of my grocery but she never say sorry or anything, its not nothing happen, no welcome manner. Not even say thank you. She was too serious the whole time..

Thanks for calling me out in front of customers, for not paying for any of my item's, from the self checkout, and really enjoy your little security guard yelling out to me in the car park trying to get me back in the store, if your staff were doing their job right, she would have seen me at the register paying for everything, even paying for washed potatoes, and not putting them through as brushed! I even said goodbye to her as I was leaving, perfect opportunity for her to ask me to produce my receipt I would have thought!
