Southern star installed a floor mounted 3 phase ducted system, thanks to the design from an experienced crew.Due to our pavilion style home, roof cavity ducting was not a viable solution, we needed two separate AC units. Thanks to Dan Child and crew, we managed to come in under budget with a floor mounted system that meets our needs.Looking good so far guys, great effort.ThanksSimi

Great service from the get go, installers were very courteous and professional, including a thorough tidy up of plaster dust at the end. The system has been faultless and I will 100% be going back to Southern Stars for other electrical jobs at home.

Having had Ducted Aircon finally put in the trades who put our system in from start to finish the process was a little bumpy going through all the frustration of getting finance which attempting to use the finance companies that we were given were the most difficult unprofessional institutes I ever had to deal with . So in the end we got our own side of the process sorted out then everything went smooth, the trades who installed our system were thorough organised & once it was all installed it’s been a breath of warm Air . Friendly and professional, overall did a great job at a reasonable price. However I had to intercede when they were about to put the outdoor unit slab on top of loose rocks and I had to ask them to put the roof insulation back.

The team at Southern Stars Air-conditioning were absolutely amazing. The lads arrived right on time and powered through the whole day to have all 5 aircons installed before the kids got home from day-care.
