I went here a week ago to get my blonde belyage done. I was told it starts from $200 but ended up paying $320. I was happy with the colour but the cut was super uneven with one side being much longer than the other. I went back again this week to do Keratin (I was advised to do this after colour). I was charged $325 (including products). At the end of the treatment I was told I needed to come back to tone my hair. It had become quite yellow after just one week. Surely the colour should last longer than one week, but apparently not. I ended up asking them to fix my haircut from the previous week. Before even looking at how uneven it was, the lady started cutting. It looked incredibly chunky at the front and didn't blend with my hair. After multiple attempts, the woman passed it on to a different lady to fix and my hair just kept getting shorter. I told her I was happy with the haircut because otherwise they would have kept going shorter. I tried to upload a photo to this post (this wasn't an option) because it really was a tragic haircut and I haven't had a tragic haircut since I was 14 and tried to cut my own bangs. Overall, I was happy with the Keratin but paying $650 for what I walked out with (especially the colour and cut) was not worth it.

This salon was very unprofessional due to the lack of service. I specifically asked for long layers and a TRIM, also showed her a photo and to my shock she cut about 6 inches off and gave me very short layers, the opposite of what I asked. To top it off, they charged me $95 dollars when I have previously always paid $65 for a trim and blow dry. Most traumatising experience which left me in tears, cannot understand how this salon is still running!

Worst experience ever ! The lady with the long black hair butchered my hair. When I first came in I asked for soft long layers , and she sat me down straight away , chopping my dry hair . It was very rushed , she didn’t even ask me what I wanted. I told her to stop and the other lady said she’ll fix it up . I thought she had made it a little better only to go home realising it’s still a horrible job. It’s all chopped and uneven ! She charged me $30 no wonder it’s so cheap you get what you pay for . I will never return and also stay away from the lady with the long black fake hair , she is very rude , loud and unprofessional!!!

The lady with the long black hair butchered my hair. She even cut it with an electric razor, I went home looking like I had hacked my own hair with a blunt object. Went to another hair dresser the next day to have it fixed and they were in absolute shock of how terrible it was.

Worst hair dressers ever. Went in for a trim and they absolutely butchered my hair, it looks like a child has picked up scissors and hacked out chunks of my hair.

ABSOLUTE DISGUSTING!! My god-daughter went there today for a trim and blow-dry. She is young and not confident & was the first time she went to a hairdresserby herself. They butchered her hair and then proceeded to charge her $120!!!!! This place completely took advantage of a young girl and should be ashamed!!

Wed December 14, 2022I had my hair done at Salon H & Co, Westifield Mount Druitt & I was given a quotation by a lady at the counter. She said I will pay $65 for everything - according to the prices at the window. All the procedure was done like hair roots coloured, blow dry & cut. When I went to the counter to pay, the lady said I will have to pay $90 instead. Greedy, cheaters should go to jail. I was so angry paying $90 instead of $65. Customers should never use the hair services of Salon H & Co, Westfield, Mount Druitt because they are dishonest & money hungry. Business owners like them should close their business ASAP to prevent them from ripping their customers.

The worst place ever charged my daughter $120 for a hair cut she wanted layers but instead got hacked such rip off's.Then she tried the whole inflation absolute joke never go thereThanks for the lovely reply, the fact that I have photos proving her hair was not at her bottom (last cut in November and doesn't grow 14 inches in 8 weeks) shows how much of a liar you are! butchered my daughter's hair, 80 dollars was paid and that was my choice, not yours. you did not quote her you just did as you please thinking you could push over a shy young lady and get a payday. if you had quoted her she would have told you no!!!!!so take your bs elsewhere and I will never go anywhere near your so-called business

My hair was snapped but no one bothered to tell me so. It was so obvious, one side of my hair was longer than the other. This took almost two years to grow out and its still mending. Due to over processing, my hair was extremely damaged. The hairdresser proceeded to layer my hair after I told her that I do not want layers. I also had side braids, they were so unevenly parted, looked like a squiggly line. I have also been overcharged.
