Canton Beach Physio

Liam, Mark, and all the staff at Canton Beach Physio are amazing. I came in with a tight quad and some niggling pain (which Liam treated quickly and effectively) and ended up signing up for their Strength Program to help turn my life around. The gym is clean and very well equipped. Since starting, I primarily train with Liam twice per week, but I've had the pleasure of training with everyone due to some occasional scheduling conflicts. Everyone is supportive, encouraging, and friendly. They make it easy to get in and get started without feeling daunted or self-conscious about where you're at physically. They make you feel safe when training, they work around and improve your weaknesses and physical limitations, and they push you past your own mental barriers.I've been training with them now for probably 6-8 months (maybe longer) and I've seen a noticeable difference and improvement in body composition, strength and endurance, and overall physical performance and well-being. Those nagging pains I used to get are completely gone. I feel stronger than ever, I'm injury free, and I'm still making a lot of progress which keeps my motivation high. Starting their Strength Program was the best decision I've ever made. I highly recommend.
