Updated response: Well in fact, you may want to check yours. Google shows that you are open from 9am everyday. I understand that there may be discrepancies with your website but your staff member seemed aware that this has been an issue for ‘ages’ and there is no signage out the front. When you have multiple customer waiting upwards for 30 mins before walking away maybe this is something that should be addressed.Website says they open at 9am and we were waiting outside with our 2 year old until 9:30am. Barber was inside sitting down on he’s phone vaping the whole time and didn’t have the decency to tell us they now open at 10am. We had to knock to get he’s attention. Extremely poor customer service.

Been going here for half a year. Very slow service. Occasionally they slip a mate in ahead of the queue. Very annoying trait done for the last time to me today.In response to below:And I quote “Did you have an appointment my man? -“No, but maybe I should have”. He was the next to sit down.

I've had 2 bad experiences at this barbershop. The first time (November 2022) I received a decent haircut after a reasonable wait time, but the staff weren't friendly at all. They didn't explain the process of putting your name on the board to join the queue, and they were continually using foul language - swearing and making crude jokes - as they talked among themselves. Not a big deal, but pretty unprofessional and off-putting.Today (Jan 2023) I went and put my name on the board and was told that there would be a half hour wait. I returned after about 25 minutes, and proceeded to wait for a further 45 minutes in the store while the 3 barbers on duty very slowly worked their way through the cuts they were doing. They were extremely and unnecessarily slow. To top it off, when one of the barbers finished a cut, instead of moving on to cut my hair he joked around with the other barbers, took a couple of personal phone calls and then left the store for some reason. He returned about half an hour later when I was (finally) getting my hair cut by another barber. The cut itself was quite poor, very slow, and the beard trim was atrocious. The only saving grace was that the barber who cut my hair was friendly and apologetic about the wait time. All up, from the time I put my name on the board to the time I finally got finished was over 2 hours. Won't be returning.

This place is located in a fantastic location and the exact place for a conventional men's haircut. I always opt for traditional barbers for a feel-good factor ending with a clean neck shave, making my haircut routine complete and walking out of the barber shop smart".I shall first talk about good things. As I said

I love this place, I went here and I wrote my name on the board, came back after half an hour and I got my haircut. It was the best experiance I ever had and the staff where friendly and there was some music as well. Highly reccomend, dont go to trim time and waste your money there

Really poor service. I had a booking for first thing in the morning at 9am, only for an old man to push in ahead of me. Instead of asking him to wait as I had an appointment, they immediately did his hair and asked me to wait. Won't be coming back ever again.

These guys are awesome, normally a wait in line although you can ring ahead and book, best beard trim ever by guys who have beards.I loved the experience cannot wait to go back

The barber purposedly ruined the cut with uneven, choppy, and bald spotted trim. The other barber gave a funny look during the process as if it's an inside joke to them. I reckon the barber thrives on illiciting emotional reactions from clients. Thank God I'm gracious enough not to let minute issue ruin my day. Have a blessed day!

Turned up with no appointment for 2 haircuts, was told it was about an hour wait, went off, did some other shopping, came back, waited a few more mins. Got 2 haircuts which took about 30 mins, which is a pretty reasonable time for a decent haircut. Staff were friendly and professional so not sure what the other reviewers were on about. If you want a 5 min haircut, go down to the $10 haircut place and stop your complaining. Now thanks to these guys my mullet is nice and tidy. Will be going back there again in the future.
