Schoolfurn

Thank you to Adam and his team at Schoolfurn for my beautiful custom made pre-school table and chairs for my tutoring business. Schoolfurn were a pleasure to deal with, friendly, helpful and accommodating to my needs. They were timely with the delivery to Sydney and excellent at follow up. I had a great customer experience and will use them again in the future. I highly recommend Schoolfurn for anyone looking at purchasing furniture for their classrooms or centers.

If I could give less stars I would. The customer service was appalling. It took 7 months to organise one product to be delivered. If I could have purchased this item anywhere else in the entire world, I would have. It was the most unpleasant experience (delivery guy was nice). I hope to never deal with this company again. Here is hoping the item they finally delivered is the correct one and worth the trouble. Fingers crossed.I have all the emails showing all the dates when I first contacted this company, showing that I tried so hard since April this year to get the product. It took the company until 3 weeks ago to bother to send an invoice. I have ALL the emails and timeline.
