Absolutely great vets,, my dog was having seizures yesterday , they were a great help n caring, got him a tablets , n now he's doing well,, thank u so much for ur help

They're my local Vet. Being only 500m from home it only takes a minute or two to get there in an emergency. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the Vets know how to look after my anxious cat.

After a very traumatic dash to Green Point vets, to get Molly some help after Point Clare failed to diagnose her illness correctly, they offered our baby the loving care she deserved in a very stressful situation, unfortunaly Green Point diagnosed Kidney Failure, which was a complete shock to me, although a total mess, Zoe talked me through our options of trying to save our baby, we tried for 24 hours, being given fluid and anti nausea medication but unfortunately Molly wanted to be let go, she had had enough, Zoe tried her best, Jo was our beautiful nurse who made Molly comfortable and Georgina made our final moments with Molly as peaceful as possible, giving Molly kisses and hugs throughout her last moments and beyond.We will never forget the kindness which was shown to Molly, thank you to the team for being there for Molly.The Palmer Family ❤❤❤

A refreshing change to the typical money grabbing Vets around.I have had the pleasure of having Zinzi and Mick assess and treat my dog recently. I felt they cared as much about our pet as we do.I can't praise and thank the staff here enough for their kind, thoughtful and considerate nature. Truly good hearted people. Highly recommended.

Incredibly professional and compassionate staff.Unfortunately our dog had to be let go from our family today, and they did the best possible job to make sure that both our poor dog, and my very emotional mum were as comfortable as possible.Best Vet on the coast in my opinion, even if we had to find that out in such unfortune circumstances.

You helped get our beautiful girl, Sasha, to heaven yesterday.We had never been here before, but our usual vets had no available appointments and you were referred to us by one of your long-time customers.You reassured us we were making the right decision, helped us organize her cremation and laid two blankets out on the grass underneath the trees, despite it having rained the day before and the conditions not being the best.Sasha was a very special dog. One of a kind. She had the most beautiful nature, and everyone who met her loved her.Your practice has an ambience of warmth and a true love for animals.Thank you for accommodating us, and making Sasha's last moments as peaceful and comforting as was possible.You made a real difference on that last day of our Sasha's life, and we will never forget it and always be grateful.

I have been using green point vets for years, with my dogs. They have been wonderful, with all things. I would especially like to thank them for there help with my senior dogs, in particular with Ingrid, who had a lots of old dog health problems, Diabetes, blind, dementia, brain tumor and arthritis, all manageable for a long time with your help and instructions from the dedicated vets. Also thankyou to the lovely staff who put Ingrid to rest in her own bed at home, this service meant that Ingrid was in a safe place till the very end.

Had not been informed that there is now a 24 hour turn around on getting prescription meds approved (new owners). Phoned on Friday to pick up as it was my only day off work. Was then informed of the 24 hour period and new ownership. Was told that I would be called asap to see if I could pick up medication (life dependant heart medication for our dog). Was not called all weekend. Wife called Monday and was told that usually if no one contacts us then that means the meds are ready for pick up…..This has been our dogs vet for the last 12 years. I have spent thousands of dollars with this vet and this is how they now deal with things. I’m not usually one to give negative reviews but we are very disappointed.

Sarah is amazing and very thorough. Our dog is quite anxious and Sarah was incredible with her. Would highly recommend!
