O'Brien® AutoGlass Cranbourne

Absolutely disgusting service. Refused to assist my disabled dad and mum in taking them to the shopping centre whilst they waited. Suggested they call an Uber which they don’t now how to do. He and my mum had driven 1.5hr to get their windscreen replaced and weren’t familiar with the area. Never have I had a car repair workshop refuse to drop me somewhere whilst I waited. Especially given the workshop isn’t in walking distance to anything. A little bit of common decency for someone who was clearly disabled wouldn’t have put your business out. My dad was left so upset that they ended up leaving. Pretty disgusting if you ask me!

Organised to have a chip repaired, after the 30min wait it looked as if nothing was done. Lady I spoke to on the phone rude, wasn’t happy when I said the staff member who worked on my car was lazy n feel is work was sub par. I requested a full refund and after negotiation and standing my ground the folded and gave me a refund then had the nerve to call me a piece of work as I left organising to get a windshield replacement fine through another company

An hour and a half to do a windscreen!! I have had people come to my house and done it in 20 mins many times before and done a GREAT job! Perfectly sealed and lined up with the frame perfectly!!I saw inside the shop a few times and most of the time the workers are helping other workers do other people's cars and at one time my car hadn't been touched for 25 mins!... Cause they were off doing another car, while I'm waiting in the office knowing that Im sitting here waiting!!Absolutely would never come here again and an absolute joke for the whole process.If anyone wants someone that comes to their house and for alot cheap I know someone who does a way better job and FASTER!! (MUCH FASTER)

Told to turn 10-15 mins early only to make me wait. Didn't put my etag back on, also had to be transported to my mechanic for a calibration only to find out it hadn't been organised with them. Terrible (lack of) service.

I made an appointment with them twice in total. The first time after I arrived, I was told that the stock hadn’t arrived yet and I needed to make another appointment. But they reminded me not to forget to make an appointment a week in advance even they knew no stock at all. After the second visit, I was still told that there was no stock and it needed to arrive later in the day. I waited from the morning until the afternoon and was forced to take time off from work. Finally, they repaired it after the stock arrived, but no staff came for accompanied me to inspect the repair results, and when I got home, I found that the glue used to bond the glass was still on my car body, which could not be wiped off, and they also broke the door handle of the back door of my car. Strongly advise against this branch in Cranbourne, never seen such poor management and service.

Within just over 24 hrs of my new car getting a chip in the windscreen it was fixed! I cannot fault the service I received from the moment I put in a request for booking until my car was ready. I was given full information of the risks and what can happen. I was also updated throughout the process. All up it took just over an hour. The lounge area is comfortable and there is tea, coffee facilities. Will definitely recommend using the Cranbourne branch. Thank you to everyone involved in the process, it is appreciated!

Just Shocking !! I received 2 text messages from them confirming my appointment. I confirmed back yes. Arrived on the confirmed day and time to have my windscreen replaced. Left them my car. 30mins later got a call saying i need to take my car to the dealer ship where I had the dash cam installed as they will need to fix a fault. I went and picked up my car did what was asked. Got the ok from the dealer. Dash cam is all good . I rang O'Brien's only to be told they have no windscreen for me?? This is all on the same day as booked lol. They said they will order one for me. I'm still waiting for an update.. Anyway after a week of no response I organised my car dealership to do the repair for me and will be repaired tomorrow .I've never experienced anything so bad.. P.S O'b's please don t give me a standard we are sorry for your experience " reply. You're not the one sorry i'm the sorry one who had to deal with you.. Stay clear folks."

Wrong Windscreen ordered firstly. Urgent second appt made. Technician did not make the 2nd booking.Cranbourne branch decided to tell my my Windscreen would get fixed in COMA, NSW, the following week as a result. (Heading up to nsw the following week). This is completely wrong, Coma advised only 1 technician for the whole snowy mountain region. Wait is months.... they only wanted to hand ball the job and not provide accurate info on other wait times and availability. Poor service. Need to be honest with your customer. Definitely not happy.
