Elliotts Tech

They tried to replace my laptop's battery and now it won't work unless it's plugged in. They offered to look at it and I agreed, they decided not to charge me since it was their fault and it still didn't work. What's most disappointing is they still charged full price and offered no compensation.DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Was recently visiting town over the holidays. Had some issues with my laptop. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was expecting the price to be higher due to being one of the only shops in town. I was very impressed and so happy with the help I received.

Highly recommend Elliot’s Tech in Dunsborough. My 6 year old iMac recently had a problem when the internal hard drive failed. They were able to look at my computer the next day, diagnose the problem, recommended replacing the old spinning hard drive with a new SSD. Fast service, great communication, well priced and they kept me in the loop through the whole process. Thank you!

Brought my computer in for a diagnose offered against $66. Received a phone call with a funded and professional diagnose a couple of days later. All good! I was advised to let the computer go as it was thought not worth to fix. I accepted the advise and asked the kind man to leave out the hard drives before putting the machine back together. I got charged $99 extra for taking out the hard drives which felt as a unpleasant surprise to me...A couple of days later Cape Naturaliste Computers called me back to clarify the situation around the extra charges. Good phone call! The owner explained to me what happened but also listened and understood the situation from my perspective. We both concluded that once more quality communication is key to clearly manage expectations in both ways. By making that phone call Cape Naturaliste Computers has proven to me they are customer focused. I'm offered to come into the workplace and receive quality advise towards a new machine for the future. I'm keen to accept the invite.

Great Company with amazing support. We had an issue with a cloud based server and Dean spun up a new server with his supplier and migrated our data in minutes. Service was restored and disaster averted! Outstanding! Highly recommend.
