Thrilled with the knowledgeable and professional service by Dion and his team for my Patrol and camper trailer (incl neat custom fitting of blowby filter and auto electric items). Went well out of their way to retrieve the rig from storage whilst I was unable to re-enter the state during COVID. Cleaned them up beautifully then helped me find excellent transportation back to Melbourne!

Good service for a new Ford. 15,000km service. The young guy with the beard on reception was really friendly and help me out with a hire car. Capped price service, $299. Quick turnaround time. Would use again.

Absolutely disgusting customer service!! I rang tuesday morning & asked to book a service, to which the girl on the phone replied someone would get back to me. At 4pm i rang back & was told in no uncertain terms someone would get back to me, they were very busy! Following day husband rang, only to be assured someone would get back to us. It's now thursday night, still waiting!!! I bought the new car through these people 3 years ago & have had several generic emails telling me a service is due.

I have been trying to chase up payment approval for the repairs required to my vehicle which is due to be repaired at a Ford Dealership. I purchased a new Ford Ranger from you and had a few accessories fitted included in the sale. When your team fitted the accessories as previously discussed it damaged the vehicle from incorrect fitment. This included rear bar that wasn’t fitted correctly and damaged the tub, canopy wiring not fitted correctly with electronics put outside the vehicle when they are not waterproof rated, black spray paint overspray on white car, red arc controller not fitted correctly and more. I believe I had previously discussed this with the dealer principle too which I understood it would all be sorted. However, my local dealer and myself have reached out and have not yet been able to get that approval to have those damages caused by Geraldton Ford rectified.

Went in for a service and they cleaned my car like new. No extra cost.
