Goodstart Early Learning Stafford Heights

We are so lucky to have our daughter attend this centre. She is cared for, supported and constantly learning new things. We are so greatly appreciative of the attention given to her and she will really miss everyone when she goes of to Big School " next year. Especially Miss Natasha."

This centre has it all.We were with Goodstart Stafford Heights for 4.5 years and the child they have produced in my son is something I am so thankful of.From our initial visit, throughout the sign up process, on our first day all the way through to the graduation ceremony, Goodstart Stafford Heights failed to disappoint.The Centre Director is a field of cherry blossoms. She is a beautiful individual both inside and out with her head and heart completely in the game. Her background allowed her to tackle the centre with a fresh view and approach. She immediately took on the responsibility of getting to know each of our children and what worked for them.She made the space her own and made it a lot more approachable.The nursery room leader is perfect. She is friendly, nurturing, encouraging.. just want a new mum would want to see when dropping their baby off for the first time.The toddler room leader is a proper chick. She is very relatable and approachable to this kids and ensures she engages with all of the children in the centre showing personal knowledge of each child's interests and lives.The support teacher in Senior Toddlers has been a god send from her casual employment to fulltime. The children love her and the parents do too.The room leader in the Kindergarten space knows her stuff. She came in in a way that showed the children she could nurture but that also demanded respect. She is entirely equipped with the knowledge to facilitate the personalities coming through that space. The room looks brilliant, the kids responded to her and the graduation organized by her was an amazing event.All casuals that have come through the center have been carefully picked to cater to what is required in the space they are providing support. They have always been friendly, approachable and we have never had an issue with short staffing.The centre is tidy.The meals supplied are nutritious and well received by the kids.Cultures are explored and celebrated all across the globe.The outside area is varied each day and often the children are encouraged to set the space up as their own.The holiday program is fun.They embrace every dress up or themed day possible (the teachers go all out).Their Storypark updates are regular and thorough.Their Facebook updates are almost daily whether it be a meme to make you laugh or important information.Contact between staff and parents is regular, detailed and efficient.Great parking facilities.Great hours available.Great rates.I couldn’t speak higher of this centre and would recommend it to everyone lucky enough to secure a place.

The staff at GoodStart Stafford Heights are absolutely amazing and second to none. We had to relocate our daughter to their facility and the staff there made the transition flawless and easy for us as parents but also and more importantly for our daughter.Everyday our daughter is extremely happy and excited to be going to the daycare as she thrives and enjoys the program that is in place which entails all kinds of play based learning and fun activities. When picking her up after her day of daycare she always has a big smile on her face and the educators are always so approachable and willing to discuss her day to let us know what she has enjoyed.The communication with the team there is fantastic and they are always there for you as a parent for family needs and the needs of our child.I can not fault this daycare as they continue to assess and improve where they feel possible and its just an ever changing environment for the kids to develop and enjoy instead of being caught up in a routine that gets dull.

So sad to learn of a business that is supposed to look after children and make sure they are not a subject to bullying and instead to have a TEACHER laugh at a little girl thats being bullied. That is absolutely disgusting. Parents are supposed to put there trust in you to make sure there children are safe and happy and well looked after. Not to have there children be laughed at when another child decides its ok to be nasty and bully!

Outstanding. From the moment I enrolled my son with Stafford Heights, they did everything in their power to support him and to make him welcome. His teachers and carers are always friendly and warm. They are very sensitive to his needs and it's made all the difference. It is a wonderful little community, and he is very happy there. I can't recommend it highly enough.

So happy to have found this center! My 11 months old just started there and is already adapted. I can definitely say she feels safe in there. The educators, but specially lovely Miss Pam, are so caring and dedicated.

Great centre all-around. The teachers are lovely and caring, they really take the time to get to know your child. We moved from a different centre this year and transition was effortless for our 3-year old. Appreciate all the bonus incursion options as well, awesome work team Goodstart Stafford Heights!

Highly recommended. Our son attended this centre from age 1, and now he is almost 5 years old and just graduated from Kindy. The educators and centre management is caring, communicate well by giving updates towards our son's progress, and friendly. I did not have any major issues with the care they provided.

Goodstart stafford Heights should consider changing their name to Godsend Stafford Heights. Our daughter has gone to Stafford for 3 years now, what a great bunch of loving, caring and supportive carers. They have all had such a postive impact on our daughters time thus far, especially Miss Natasha. Every day is a new adventure for our daughter and she is picking up the skills required for the transition to prep next year. We would not hesitate for a second sending our next child there for care.

We currently have our 3 children at goodstart stafford heights and are very happy with all areas- from nursery through to the kindy room. Staff are loving & kind in their care, and are very flexible and accommodating with our needs as we are shift workers. I don't think we could find a better place!
