Initial Review on 11th Jan 2022 :Extremely disappointed with the inspection team & exaggerated quote of $3229.9 for a simple drain valve change. Inspection team just generated the quote based on the information ( which I got from the guy during the vent cleaning earlier) instead of doing the actual inspection for which they charge $141.90. Don't think I would recommend the services to anyone to waste their money.Update on 1st Feb 2022 :Customer service manager didn't contact even after 2 weeks of reporting this, guess that's how you treat your customers.FYI - got the part replaced and now its working perfect with the price 650% less than your quote of $3229.9 and 12 months warranty. I regret wasting my money & time with you guys.

Called this company to come and check my heater, they said 140 to attend, attended didn't check anything and said it has error 4 problem, I know that, it's why I called them, he then said $1040 to check it and service it,so 140 was for what, petrol fee, ridiculous, they wouldn't give you that quote over the phone, they said can't until check it, they didn't check, massive Scam company, never use and will let everyone know. Called another who will do exactly what Metropolitan would do for $375, not 1040 + 140 call fee, what a joke, thieves

Unfairly quoted and over priced

Excellent service from Andrew. Got here very quickly. Explai ned issues extremely wel. Sorted out a quote. Straight away. And then to my surprise got back up on roof and started the removal work straight away. More products arriving shortly and more work will complete the job tomorrow. Andrew has been a delight to work with.
