We got my daughter's (3yr old) ears pierced. The team were amazing in notifying us with all the after care and just wonderful in the actual piercing itself. They made my daughter feel safe. Highly recommended this place!! I'll definitely come back and use other services they have available!!

Rochelle did my eyebrow/lip wax yesterday and also a full classic set. I’d never had my lashes done before and she took the time to walk me through the whole process and show me photos before I committed. I appreciated this so much, it made me feel at ease and I ended up getting a full set. It was so relaxing and painless. I love my lashes and keep getting compliments on them. Rochelle is so sweet, we laughed and talked the whole time. She is very warm and welcoming and I definitely will be going back every 2-3 weeks!!

Celsa served me todayyy, she did my flat piercing and honestly after the rocky experience with Parra Essential Beauty, I’m specifically going to recommend Macarthur Essential Beauty for Celsa. What a super woman honestly took care of me so well and unbelievably so sweet talking through it with me!! Felt at ease and very pleased with the result

OMG! One happy Bride here!Jessica is amazing, she talked me through some colour options eyebrow tinting and waxing. Jessica made me feel so comfortable I was even late due to macarthur square parking. I completely trusted her and I’m so glad I did, because I have never ever been able to get my eyebrows back and she did it. My wedding is Next Friday and she has made my week! Thank you Jessica and the lovely lady you were with!

Went there to get a piercing after we had two attempts at Skin Kandy. Essential Beauty was SO MUCH EASIER getting a piercing for a 15 year old. One online form to fill out and only needed to show my ID. No need to produce a photo ID for my child ( which we didn’t have in us). Will definitely use them again with how easy it was!!!
