Will DEFINITELY shop here again next time we’re in Mudgee! The service was friendly & excellent & the meat is sooo good!!! Particularly enjoyed the lamb koftas & peppered porthouse steaks.

Someone told us to go to the other butcher, so we did...but they didn't have the T-bone the way we like, so we went to the one she scrunched her nose up, S&S meats. Great butcher, everyone very helpful, amazing service, jerky too, amongst other goodies. The meat was amazing, and the envy of all the rest of the family who were having lobster. A great team there, well done. Yum! I love that they came out from behind the counter to help and talk, even to our teenage girls.

I didn't get the name of the guy who helped me but he went above and beyond to make sure my first attempt at smoking a brisket went better than I could have expected. Best customer service ever! And the meat was fantastic, we had dry aged rump steak one night then smoked brisket for the rest of the long weekend. I'll be stopping by here every time I'm in Mudgee! Thanks heaps S & S Meats.

Sensational butcher, great find in Mudgee. Good butcher, good meat, nice surprises in the freezer (duck livers!). If you can't see what, ask, and they pull it out and cut to order. Update 12/4/23 - still excellent
