We have a in the ground large pool so it is nice to find a good Pool supply store for extra pool items. A good range. We can keep the pool looking very sparkly which is meaning we can relax and not have to much work with it. The pool inflation toys were a great purchase and good recommendation thankyou team poolwerx

We enquired for a pool pump and also a pool cover quote and never got one. We waited ages and called several times but no one came. We purchased somewhere else.

Poolwerx Benowa service and take care of pools in multiple properties that I manage.They have been one of the best pool companies that I have dealt with. Their expertise and customer service is phenomenal!I honestly could not speak more highly of them and would recommend them to anyone.They are such beautiful people and want to help in any way they can.

THREAT!!!I am a customer of Poolwerx Benowa for a year now and since the store went under new management it has became a unpleasant experience every time I visit. I went to test my pool water today and I was greeted with a threat! I said that I will buy everything I need tomorrow cz I am getting paid tomorrow and the girl said to me: IF YOU DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM US TOMORROW I WILL PUT A NOTE IN THE SYSTEM AND WE WILL NEVER TEST YOUR WATER AGAIN!WOOOOOOWWWWW I mean..... what great customer service.Looks I am moving my business elsewhere!
