Had an emergency yesterday that without fixing would’ve meant my family would be without water possibly all weekend. Phoned through as I had seen Bayswater City Plumbing parked around the local area. Was told twice I would get a call back, never did, real funny joke.Ended up calling Pride plumbing and got some great service.Avoid.

We had amazing service from Bayswater City Plumbing. They were able to come out quickly at a time that suited us, were on time and did a fantastic job. Will definitely use their services next time, highly recommended.

Prompt service on a weekend, honest pricing, and quality work. My only criticism is with their care of the surroundings. We have clean smooth finished paving only 1 year old and not a lot of care was taken to ensure there were no more scratches on them than when they arrived, or any offer to clean the dirty mess left behind. Otherwise happy.

After booking a different plumbing company early in the morning and being told I would be seen some time after midday I waited all day with not even a phone call to discuss a revised ETA. Frustrated, at 5pm I called Bayswater City Plumbing and Lewis was out within an hour to assess the job and then was back early next morning to complete the work. 5 star service, highly recommended.

Booking was lost. Boss promised rebooking on their Sat review. More follow up calls. No booking. Certainly would not recommend.

This review is written on behalf of my father. We arranged for a plumber (Lewis) from Bayswater City Plumbing to come to our house on a Saturday (the tap would not turn off). He said he would be here in an hour. He asked for photographs. He wouldn't provide a quote over the phone. He didn't show up and didn't answer any of our calls thereafter.

I used Bayswater City Plumbing on a recommendation, and was very glad I did. The service was very prompt and efficient, Lewis was able to repair our issues quickly, and even cleaned up behind himself. Rates were fair and competitive. I will definitely be using Bayswater City Plumbing again for any future needs.

The service was very prompt and efficient, called in the morning and Lewis dropped by in an hour to give me a quote. Once I decided to go with Lewis, he came round and fixed the leaking taps in the newly installed bathroom vanity on the same day. Lewis kept me updated via text message. We had a leaking shower just after the new year. After phoning Lewie, he came out the same morning and fixed the problem after giving a quote. Great reliable service and we will be using again for further bathroom renovations. Highly recommended.

Did a good job, left it tidy on the day. However, today, about 6 weeks later, we had a connector burst on one of the taps he serviced. When I took out the connecting tube, it was obviously damaged and corroded in several places. He definitely should have spotted this and mentioned it/ repaired it when he serviced the taps, as it was obviously an issue. Also, he offers a discount for a Google review, and stands there while you review him.Update: a few months after posting my review, I received a call from Lewis asking what he could do to fix things up. To his credit, he did offer a free service if we wanted it. He acknowledges he made an errorbin my case and probably should have checked. It's good to know he is willing to take responsibility for the error, so I am increasing my rating from 2 to 3 stars.
