Very poor service. Pre-booked appointment weeks in advance. After waiting for service tech to arrive within arranged appointment 3hr timeframe - called for ETA. Advised of late timing with no prior warning or indication. Consequently I was unable to be home due to other commitments. Rescheduling efforts with Don was very unamicable - with only an offer of getting there within a few weeks". Poor and rude customer service.In reply to the review response:Your explanation is inaccurate and is as condescending and dismissive as the telephone conversation. I deny foul language and certainly any 'name calling'. I can only assume this is an attempt of trying to publicly justify a very poor customer service experience/review
