Nailed

Love this place! They always do a fantastic job on my nails…I always think it would be nice if the staff were wearing name labels to help customers use their names.I will keep coming back… my nails have been on for 10 days now on holidays and still look ok…

Lovely pedicure, nails look beautiful, i did feel a bit on the expensive side at $145 for pedicure, painted nails, acrylic and ombré.

I called ahead to book an appointment. Was just told ‘yes’ then ‘bye’ without any details being taken. The salon looks lovely and the nail job was neat. However I had SNS and wanted to have shellac. Most salons won’t charge you to change - you just pay for cost of shellac. However, I was charged removal cost $15 in addition to the shellac cost making it the same price as if I’d stuck with SNS (a much more durable product). When I queried it, it was just told that is what they do. I called later to speak with the manager - I’m not sure if the lady is spoke to was the manager as she did not go and get someone else and just said that is what they do.If you’re prepared to pay more than most salons, then by all means visit but otherwise you’ll find better priced salons elsewhere.

Hit and MissI haven’t gone to this Nail Salon in almost 2 years and decided to give them another go. I got simple things red trips on the tips of my fingers and got charged $55? For little lines..?The lady I had was so pushy with my hands and didn’t use her manners - not going back

They do such a stellar job each time and I receive compliments from people every time I get them done. Such attention to the shape and thickness and prices competitive.

Came 15 minutes before close down and asked if they still could make an exception, the said yes. They rushed the pedicure without even giving me the foot spa and then rushed my manicure. I paid $80 and with horrible service I think they should’ve given me a discount, way to over priced and would not recommend

Didn’t catch his name but the man there who did my nails was so friendly and gentle, highly recommend him. Only reason I have a 4 star was because it costed me $60 just for a plain re-fill :)

I went in to get acrylics and pedicure done. pedicure was so good. Acrylics not so much. Half way in the lady shaved into my skin! i bite my nails so im used to pain. But knowing she had to finish scared me. She apologised and i accepted. The manager could see my pain and how deep the cuts were. As i was done and bout to leave she said 95! i asked and still paid FULL PRICE! i should have questioned and fought but i did not want to ruin others experiances. Please have better care for SKIN.
