Very happy with both the advice and service I receive from ABM. I needed to upgrade and they recommended a multi-function machine - scanner, photocopier and printer. Turned out to be a perfect fit for my business needs and the machine has performed flawlessly. Ongoing service from ABM is efficient but without being pushy.

In our business we require, sharp detailed printing, with extreme true to colour performance, as well as perfect shading. We are always asking alot from our printers - we know! we are needy perfectionists! After searching for almost 6 months for the perfect printer - we were introduced to the Kyocera printer by Rod, Andrew and the team at ABM. We are smitten! I can't thank Paul enough for the over and above that he went to today to resolve a problem I've had with my Scanner from the day it was installed. After spending a bit of time on it himself, with no luck a quick phone call to Michael at the office and a couple of changes in the settings and just like that my scanner talks to NAPS (Not Another Printing Scanner) from my desktop and is so much faster than going through Kyocera Print Centre. Thank you Paul & Michael I have gained so much time.

Found a cash register I was interested in. The lady in reception was able to give me a very reasonable freight quote immediately. I had many questions to ask. The receptionist put me through to Mark the business owner. Mark was able to answer all my concerns and reassured me that he would program the cash register for no extra cost. I emailed my brochure and additional pricing I wanted programmed onto the register. I ordered it on Tuesday the 22nd of April, just before the Anzac Day long weekend and very surprisingly received it lunch time on the 28th. I checked the programming absolutely perfect. Exceptional service, prompt delivery, very reasonable price. I highly recommend doing business with this company.
