We went out of way to be helpful for this company - the removalists requested to come 24hours early, which we accommodated for even though it added stress to a big move.One of our items was badly damaged on the move - the removalist stood on it and after it broke stated, I thought it would hold me weight.I have made numerous attempts to follow up about this to discuss insurance through the consumer act. Nobody from Interstate removal co has returned any of my communication to resolve the matter. Very disappointed in them especially as they speak so highly about their customer service

Apart from having nothing available to rent, the guy on the phone wasn’t very helpful at all and couldn’t wait to get me off the phone.
