Doveton branch receptionist is liar , mannerless and rude, has no knowledge of customer dealing .Yesterday she took order and said we can pick today and we have to give money today because her system was not working.we confirmed tilers as per her words. When we called for pick up time she was very rude and mannerless and also lying. The reputation had gained by owner for good behaviour this lady just ruined it. For good behaviour of old man I recommend lots of my friends.

Be very hesitant to deal with this company. They request a “refundable”deposit for them to come out to measure and quote, and then try to deliver flooring before they have even been to your house. When you ask for your refundable deposit back they lie to you, try to give a credit note and are outright rude. I firmly believe we dodged a bullet by going elsewhere.

Couldn't be more dishonest and unprofessional...We have put an order for a number of items during December 2021 for our building project and made a 25% deposit to secure the items for the builder -around $5000- only to find out once the builder asked for the items, they were out of stock and on back order. After another 4 months putting delay on the project (very costly for any building project anyone would know) they delivered the wrong tiles .... We couldn't be more disappointed but to make things worse, our numberous attempts to receive a refund of $3400 over the past 9 months have been answered by this week" "next week" and "we shall get back to you..."All of the above is documented with dates and receipt numbers and evidence of correspondence. Please please be careful when dealing with this mob

We bought vanities and bathtub I got really low price can’t match anywhere. Now they’re doing warehouse closing down sale. Highly recommended.

We had our floors done with Global Builders and are very happy with the results. Great price. Communication was great. The installers (Carlton) was fantastic. We ended up changed our decision on the floors after putting down a deposit and it was no issue to select the new floors. We will be ordering tiles from this company earlier next year to reno our bathrooms. Highly recommend. The only thing I would do next time is take the skirts off so the timber floors can be placed under the skirts.

We ordered kitchen benchtop last week and they finished the job within 2 days.Actually we are very happy the job they done for us. We actually recommend them and they are very professional. We keep shopping with them for have amazing shopping experience.thanks

A COMPLETE SCAM - Please read this and the many other poor reviews before getting involved with Global Builders.Raja called me 3 times to convince me to go with GB due to their high quality products and customer service. I finally agreed as he seemed trustworthy... I was completly wrong as we ended up paying them $2,000 over what they quoted, making them extremely expensive.On the day of installation we had their unprofessional Installer demand I pay $500 cash extra for him to do a 'good job'.Global builders then sent an invoice charging installation fees for unused spare boxes that we purchased for future renos. When I spoke to Deepa on the phone to clarify this, she verbally abused me and demanded I pay them extra.They then took it as far as getting a debt collector involved. All for us to pay an installation fee on floorboards that weren't installed and remain unopened. Despite us showing them multiple photos of the unused product.The flooboards that were installed were also done to an extremely poor standard, requiring us to re-do some areas with the spare remaning floorboads that we purchased.Please be careful, as this company will do anything to lure you in and will then extort you.

Fantastic customer service Cecilia went above and beyond helping instantly answering all my questions over the phone. I brought the beautiful spotted gum flooring at the craziest BEST PRICES! Cecilia organised shipping as I was over 4 hours away and within the week they were here YAY!! Highest recommendations on product, price and service. Thank you I am extremerly happy :)
