Had my iPad screen repaired and found the fingerprint recognition functionality no longer worked. When I returned to have it rectified the chap said it couldn’t be repaired. He even took the part they had removed out of the bin. As I was leaving the country the next day I had no option but to accept their botched work. Never again.

Not worth the risk, not worth the money.After my phone fell and got a crack in the screen I took it into West Coast repairs.When I picked it up the screen looked fine but I found that the earpiece speaker sounded distorted when it rang or played anything above half the volume.I took it back in, expecting that some connection must have come loose and they could rectify it. The technician who had done the repair took ages to admit he could hear there was anything wrong with it, even though it was distorting so much so that it was uncomfortable to me to listen to.He then said that the speaker must have been damaged from the (less than 1m) drop, even though there were no issues with this whatsoever when I dropped it off for repairs. He proceeded to tell me that it would be another $90 to repair the damage and that that was the best he could do. (He later brought this estimate down a whopping $5)I shouldn’t have paid the $360 for the screen replacement based on the damage done let alone being expected to pay a further $90 to fix the technician’s error.The female shop attendant tried speaking to the tech and the owner to come to some resolution but there was no reasonable offer made so I took my phone and left. There is no way I will be giving this shop another minute of my time or another cent of my money and I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere for your tech repair needs. There are heaps out there running great small businesses. Support one of them instead, I sure wish I had.Update: My earpiece speaker has now stopped working so I can’t hear people when they call. Looks like I need to buy a new phone as a result of this. I’m livid. How dare you ask me for more money to fix the damage done by your technician when I trusted you to complete the job.

My.phone had cracks back and front. They sorted me out with new camera glass, new screen protection glass and good cover. Was about to spend 700 on a new phone and they gave me virtually a new phone within a day and for less than 100 bucks. Stoked.

Had my Realme 7 5G (uncommon in Australian market) repaired here today. I searched a bunch of stores and nobody had the screen I needed in stock and either said they will not repair this model or had a week turnaround for repair. Repair was done without issue in less than an hour with genuine parts and friendly service. Quote was also one of the lowest I found, would definitely be happy to return.

I had repaired two phones from him and spent $450. Very horrible service even parts are also C grade.( Fake ones). Bought back screen from him he replaced it and still have same issue. I told him to fix it properly and he said you have to pay more to check it again and not promised it wil working properly or not. What a horrible service. Guy who is working there he is senseless. I never had a bad experience as this in Australia

Was changing the broken screen on my Apple Watch. Receiving the watch found they are not charged, so I could not check if they are working or not. The screen and the frame were all in glue - the explanation was to make sure it is glued well, why not cleaned and not charged staff could not explain. After I charged them at home and turned them on the Wallet App was not working and the message popped up that battery needs service, and battery performance was awful. After 5 days using the watches are not charging and not responding. I do not recommend this service!
