I rang Friday to double check technician was going to turn up Monday. Ping turned up exactly on time this morning. He was great and serviced my split system explaining it was in good clean condition but what to look out for if it showed signs of leaking. Good quick service. Very impressed. Happy to recommend this company.

Incredibly knowledgeable, efficient and patiently explained the problem. Identified what needed fixing that another company was unwilling to explain or listen to the problems before a break down. Fixed the air conditioner and thoroughly checked the device to make sure there were no other underlying issues. Highly recommend the whole team and cheerful customer service from office staff to repair staff

Hollair upgraded a old ducted system to a new Daikin system. The service received from Chris McCauley and Ajith Kuriakose was first class. The site inspection was completely promptly. The installation was done extremely well (the installation even cleaned up after themselves). The handover and commission were equally well managed. A really satisfied customer!

We had a technician attend our property but could not quote the job. After waiting 20 minutes to speak to management on pricing he then attempted to charge us for this time which we refused and sent him off site. We then received $160 invoice for a call out fee when absolutely no work had been done. I highly recommend NOT using this company.

We recently had our reverse cycle ducted air conditioner replaced. We were very happy with the price quoted and the help we received from this company. The installers were very pleasant and efficient. We would not hesitate to recommend this company to family and friends.

We rang Hollair to enquire about having our ducted aircon looked at due to the buzzing noise that was coming from the roof when it was in operation. They gave us an appointment in which we asked for them to ensure they ring half hour before they arrive so that someone can be home, this did not occur and so the serviceman was left waiting. Once he inspected the vent it was confirmed that all that was required was a quick clean of the filter. This was done within 5 minutes and the buzzing noise was solved. The issue was that we were than slugged $160 for no more than 5 minutes worth of work in which we even advised the technician we would clean it ourselves hoping that would save a little bit of money but the technician said he has to do it. I find it staggering that $160 can be charged for such a quick, easy and small task.

The only good part of this experience was the initial quote. It was all downhill from there. After sales care is extremely poor with their communication non existent. The technician did not install ducts or cables to connect the control panel how I agreed with both the person who did initial quote and planning, or the technician himself. The technician had discussions with me on day of instalment. Then went completely against what we agreed on because it was easier for him to do something else.Vent placement in one room means I have a lot of air flow in the laundry/kitchen area and not enough in the main living area. He cut unnecessary holes in my brick walls. Left unsightly cabling covers looking unfinished.The system broke not long after being installed. Trying to get a technician out to repair was time consuming. Then when they eventually came, told me it was a problem they were aware of but parts are on back order so still couldn’t fix for me that day. On another occasion they just turned up at my house without a confirmed booking.I recently contacted them to let them know the same error that happened just after installation occurred again and I have not had a response.Timeline:Feb 2022 installation ducted reverse cycleJune 2022 broke down, couldn’t use at all.July 2022 they finally sent the technician out.August 2022 finally repaired.May 2023 had the same glitch that caused the unit not to work and contacted via email.June 2023 still no response.Unfortunately I would not recommend Hollair. I originally went with this company with the idea that I would be better taken care of with a family run business than a large company. Even though they cost more I thought it would be worth it if I had better after sales care. Not the case. Go with the larger companies with cheaper pricing. You’ll get better service elsewhere.

My wonderful air conditioner decided to break on Christmas eve. I contacted HollAir via their website on the day and they responded shortly after that to start booking me in for repairs. They managed to get a tech to me by New Years Eve, which I found fantastic considering the time of year. They weren't able to repair on the day as parts were needed to be ordered. The parts arrived not very long after and they were quick to then schedule me in for the repairs. Their customer service during the whole process was amazing and I very highly recommend. Considering the time of year I had my AC issue I was very happy with the time turn around and response.

HollAir provide our rental management company with excellent service and provide a regular maintenance service for our clients. Changing filters over is very important to keep systems running well.Appreciate their diagnostic service to repair systems and highly recommend the team.
