Refused to deal a business serving raw chicken & potatoes to masses of people simply because there are multiple simultaneous problems that are ongoing.Talk about chucking it in the too hard basket.Another useless government agency only created to give a politicians friend a job they aren’t qualified for.

The Food Authority operates within the Department of Primary Industries office building. The Scores on Doors program is a great initiative. So is the Name and Shame register. Well done.

Great website to check up on the latest information on food safety. I regularly use it to checkout local restaurants and cafes and make sure the businesses I use are not on the list of penalties. This list can be viewed by suburbs so it make it easy to find a good place that hasn’t been in trouble. This much reduces your risk of getting sick because of poor hygiene and incorrect food handling procedures. A great community resource.
