I live at Regis Tower, PSG are the best. Manager there Shane is upmost professional in how he runs things, his team are friendly and always willing to find a way to help. We have had many security come and go, Shane is the best at his job. Hope never change

Premium solutions group provide the staff for concierge at my residence in St Leonard’s. They are always friendly, professional and helpful. I am fortunate to know several of them, like Susan, personally by name. And returning home to someone like Susan that says hi and asks how your day was is, really, quite pleasant and makes where I live feel that little bit more special.

The concierge service provided by PSG group in Regis tower is the best one so far. They are always available, attentive, and ready to assist especially Anna, she was very attentive when i was moving in by showing me around, explaining all information needed to make life easier. I've lived in several residential buildings, but the concierge service provided by PSG group at St leonards square by mirvac is the best I've experienced. They are always available, attentive, and ready to assist. From handling deliveries to arranging moving in/out, booking amenities they make life easier for residents. Their dedication to providing exceptional customer service is commendable, and I'm grateful for their efforts. Thank you so much.

I highly recommend Premium Solutions group and can not speakly more highly of Ana and Ryan who are the concierge in our building located in The Rex in Elizabeth Bay. They are excellent to deal with, very professional, friendly, polite and always Willing to lend a hand. They provide a very high level of standards in our building.

I work in Potts Point & cannot praise Ana and Ryan from the 'Rex' Apartments enough. They are always on the ball, fantastic at their jobs and considerate to everybody that greets them. Their temperament & professional approach I believe is what keeps the building in such good order, day in & day out.

We have an apartment at the Rex in Elizabeth Bay and cannot praise the concierge service by Ana and Ryan enough. Being based in rural NSW we have come to rely on Ryan and Ana's advice and assistance often. They have helped us settle into the apartment block with ease, manage trades, renovations and deliveries. They have at all times been helpful, positive and professional - I know they are busy but nothing is a problem for them. We love the Rex. We love the feel of the place and the residents. It is a very well run building and I think that this is largely because of Ryan and Ana. I cannot thank them enough.

I have the pleasure to work with them and I cannot give less then 5 stars. Precise, reasonable, always available. All staff members are well trained and have great common sense when it comes to desk with people, however it is my pleasure to emphasise Shane’s work ethic and experience. My line of work makes me dealing with many concierges / security companies in several buildings all around Sydney CBD and I definitely recommend PSG!
