I have had two interactions with the service department recently. In both cases the work on my car car was done promptly and efficiently. The service staff were effective and timely in their communication, willing to fit in with my schedule and displayed a very pleasant manner at all times.

Made an online enquiry on 31/01/2023 through Nissan’s website about purchasing a new X-Trail from Midland. I got a phone call the next day.I came in today on 04/02/2023 to look at the vehicle and was assisted by Jordan. He was friendly, informative and helpful. He took the time to explain details, compare different models and answer our questions.As I was buying my very first car, he ensured that we had a wonderful experience and made us feel looked after - which is very important and we really appreciated that.We were also assisted by Danny in finance and he was such a humble, honest and friendly person.
