Prompt and efficient service with friendly staff

Staff had to make 3 attempts to reshedule my Brain MRI, staff named the clinic BAYSIDE QUEENSLAND XRAY" when they are actuallty in cleveland ( bayside is a huge area) staff on the phone said that they wont be giving me a lesson in geography ( degrading my intelligence). If staff cannot effiecently schedule patients for appointments then how are elderly and injured patients able to do so?. Then the second staff member apprantley the manager answered the phone and said ( are you booking a MRI for your Brain) and emphiysised the word "BRAIN"

I came in for a late afternoon x-ray. I was in and out in 10 minutes. The staff were very friendly and positive.

Have been here a couple of times and ways left more than happy with the friendly service and speed of being seen. Highly recommend ✔️

Very prompt and effective service to check a potentially life-threatening issue needing ultrasound. Got there at 7.45am with no appointment, and they made time to get it done so I was out at 8.30am with results the next day.

Have called to try and book pregnancy scans here twice now (at about the 9 week mark) as they are close by my home/work and quick and easy to get to while working full-time. The lady I spoke to seemed so disinterested and rude and was not helpful at all. This is my first pregnancy and I have no idea what I need to book in for so had a few questions about dates etc. She said she needed to clarify something and put me on hold. A different lady was on the line when I came off hold (it was on speaker as I waited so I missed her name and what she initially said but she was far more helpful). I booked in, was sent a confirmation from Wynnum clinic. I had been transferred without explanation to a clinic 40 mins drive each way. This appointment would be the first scan of my entire pregnancy and would occur at 13 weeks (to coincide with the NS scan).I called back a few days later after speaking with my GP and asked if I could have an earlier scan/ dating scan before the 13 week mark just to check on everything (I have heard other mothers say they have had scans as early as week 7 or 8 so I thought this would be okay?) and was told that if I already had a later appointment at Wynnum it’s “easier” to get all scans done at the one clinic, so to call them. I explained I can’t travel there as easily due to working full-time, whereas I could popIn on my lunch break to this clinic, and would like to have a scan locally, if they could possibly give me results to take to the second scan/ fax or email anything that needed to be shared etc... to no avail.The last few days (11 weeks) I have been bleeding and cramping badly. Of course every healthcare professional I talk to wants to know how my previous scans have looked and if everything was okay, which of course I don’t know because on two occasions I have been told to wait for first scans at the 13 week mark. Perhaps if things had been better explained to me, that would be helpful, as perhaps I’m missing something here. I am new to this after all. But I am extremely stressed, my GP and the healthcare professionals I speak to are baffled as to why I haven’t been able to have the simple initial scan as requested, and needless to say I will be avoiding this clinic in the future (despite it being so close to my work and home).

Slightly hiccup with providing a letter confirming the patient was unable to drive and required support. However, everyone was friendly and resolved the issue within a couple of hours. Receptionists and medical professionals were great with the patient.Calm interior without overwhelming noise or lights.Plenty of seating and street parking is available at the entrance.

An extremely pleasant experience because you are attended to very quickly and all staff members ensure your welfare at all times.
