I had a problem with our Reclaim heat pump.Woke up to Luke warm water.Contacted Kyle at Australian Hydronics.He talked me through procedures to reset the machine to get it going again.Turned out the control board had to be replaced.Technician arrived at 4 pm to replace PCB under warranty.Hot water 15 minutes later.Many happy people in the house.Thanks Kyle for fantastic service.

Hopeless. Seeking a part. Weeks between emails. Each email was vague. Eventually they stopped replying entirely.

Good knowledge and sales talk told 2 weeks end up 8 weeks told after I paid deposit that the heater is in Albury not Dandenong were the rest of the part are poor communication skills

Bought my Apricus all in one heat pump hot water system through Australian Hydronics. Gary was extremely helpful and knowledgeable over the phone as I discussed my impending solar PV system being installed. Gary also helped me arrange an installer as it became an emergency job.Very happy with the service I received from Australian Hydronics and i highly recommend using them.

Good products and very professional people

We had Australian Hydronic in to quote on installing heating panels in 5 rooms of a new addition to our house.An appointment was made and one of their principals to come and quote. We presumed that quoting was also to advise how big the panels should be to cope with the size of the rooms and would be adequate.We then called them when the wall had been painted and we were ready for installation, in the meantime when we checked up on our quote we were told that to have the hot water boiler which we had requested initially would be another $1000.00. We accepted this but thought it wrong as the initial quote was supposed to have included the hot water boiler.When they finally turned up with the panels we found they were very small and we expressed concerns about that size being able to heat the size and area of the rooms. So to upgrade to bigger panels it was another extra cost.It then became a downhill effort to get the job completed. The phone calls the nagging, the emails was so trying and became such an effort and a worry as we had already paid a large amount of funds as a deposit.Finally someone turned up installed the boiler and we were told it was completed when we asked how do we turn the heating on oh they had not installed a thermostat and would be back to do that.The thermostat being installed was eventually done but we had no instructions on how to turn it on or what it did.We downloaded the instructions from the web and as it was a Siemens thermostat they called us and took us through the operation of the thermostat. The operator then told us the heating panels should now be working and hot when we checked there was nothing happening. We then had to go out to the boiler and were told by Siemens that the heating of the panels had not been connected only the hot water was connected.we rang the supplier only to be told there would be a call out fee and when we explained we had never had any heating and had not touched the boiler it was their installation that was incorrect. Nothing happened we then called around and finally found an engineer who understood these matters and came out and got the system working That entailed a call out fee.Don't touch these people they are so inefficient they don't know what they are doing promise to call back this never happens promises to come out an fix items that also never happens.We spent so much time on the phone and email pages and pages.If you have the time, energy and money to use their services go ahead have the headache pills close by and some valium, You will need it.Don't touch them there are plenty of other great companies with good reputations available now with good references we were too trusting.
