Peter Warren Jeep

Unhappy customer. Brought my Jeep cherokee for service a week ago. Put a wrong engine oil 5w-40. Manual states 5w-20 the staff said 5w-40 is the recommended oil type. Went home and call FCA to clarify if 5w-40 is compatible, it turns out the manual is correct and FCA technical expert confirmed to follow the manual. It should be 5w-20 it contradicts on what service staff told me. Also complained coolant reservoir. Charged for $33 coolant top up. When I checked the level it's the same as before (still in minimum level. Called service department to complain about the coolant. I was told to put water. Really? I paid $33 for coolant top up and asked me to fill up the remaining with water? Now about the WRONG oil, service staff told me to bring the car if I have concern and they will replace the oil with the right type. Of course I have concern. I chose Peter Warren over other Jeep service centre because of good reviews and trusting they will do a good job. Very disappointed.. I'm thinking to lodge a complaint with fair trading and formal complain with FCA.

Had my takata recall done recently and while there got a spare key programmed and the new injectors coded, reasonably priced and good to deal with (even though we had to rebook at the last minute when we had an emergency, they were very cool about it)

After I done the service for my car with them and paid $1095, a harsh sound comes up when i drive the car or drive fast a bit, then after I called them 15 times they said you need to pay $380 for diagnostic test, unbelievable how they are bad and not professional and dishonest. I can’t imagine how come they charged this big amount for service, don’t try to deal with them they will rip you off. Dirty people.

I am an interstate buyer who just purchased a brand new car from the Warwick Farm branch. My first contact was with their salesman Alex S. Lucky me. Alex was polite and attentive to all my queries and made me feel very comfortable from the start. Alex did a video of the car to show me that it is indeed in perfect condition as it leaves the car dealership to go on the car carrier for delivery to me in Victoria. So take a bow Alex--you did a great job. So if you go to that branch do yourself a favour and ask for Alex. So over to you Ceva car carriers, and I'll' give you a review too later on. Alex Starvou, the sales consultant from Peter Warren Jeep did exceptionally well in helping us to buy the Jeep GC. He is very knowledgeable and took time to explain all about the car and even gave some honest opinions which helped us make the decision to buy the GC from Peter Warren Jeep dealership. The entire process was very smooth right from the day we booked till the day the car was delivered. I would highly recommend Alex as a very good car sales consultant. Good on you mate!

They are not professional and experts in fixing problems, but rather they only make the problem worse. my Jeep Grand Cherokee 70th anniversary was shaking a little bit when I was breaking. when they did machinery for the disk break it was worse and I couldn't break in the 60 km or higher. I asked them about the problem they said you have to change the disk break. another mechanic and he is not an expert on the jeep as they. He did for me machinery for the same disk brake and the car is in a perfect way. See the photos and the differences.

My car was towed to this place for overheating safety issue . It’s been there for four weeks and they did not even look at it.

Worse dealership, I took my car in to check transmission issue with a car reversing backward despite I had recall letter from FCA about issue with transmission which is already cover free I still got charger just so the can download the software which is not even completed at the time. I been back to them with same issue for about 5 time now all together cost me $8k and on top of that I still have problems with transmission
