Received exceptional service for my client, treated with respect and dignity, we tested the problems on the spot, we didnt feel rushed and everything was explained clearly. The phone was set up and activated for my client. We had to wait, as would be expected. i didnt have time to wait. The team made allowances to accommodate all partys involved. It was Steller service. If i chose Telsta, Telstra Shellharbour would be it. 10/10

Very poor service and support. Assistant insisted on using my phone to look up details, that method didn't work. I asked why he couldn't use the computer infront of him as wasn't being used or the one behind it. He told me if I wanted him to do that I would have to wait an hour an a half. He was sarcastic and rude. Different people now working at this shop and this man has poor skills as far as communication and customer service. Disgraceful .I asked for his name he said head office would know him... If they did maybe he would no longer be employed.

Paid for upgrade and protect for a device, was not given the option to hand back old device than charged $750 with no option to hand back the old device this store is a scam and takes advantage be carful.

So my partner went to switch to Telstra the guy who was servicing the customers before you go to a teller was rude and obnoxious. And when my partner went to switch they don’t do bills anymore not even on digital just direct deposit which is illegal under NSW law and had to pay upfront so I highly recommend to NOT go to this store

Staff dont really have much of an idea on what they are selling, just trying to get a deal done. Sat in there for half an hour for a guy to tell me i couldnt get gigabit fibre according to his serviceability app, when i already have it through another supplier.

Appalling customer service today from sales rep called Lavish. Left serving me halfway through and quite condescending on his tone and no apology. Never going back to this store
