I went in for SNS at this shop today and asked for a French tip design. I was told that it would cost $70 (which is a bit steep but I was willing to pay if the quality was good). The process was very rushed and there was no care as to the precision of the electric nail drill. I was cut numerous times and at the end when she asked if I liked it, I responded with it's okay but you cut me about 6 times". I told her that I didn't feel it was worth $70 as the quality is poor and I was cut numerous times. Well

Worst pedicure performed on me years ago and never went back. My poor sister went here only recently and was physically assaulted when she questioned the persons work and the fact she was cut 6 times during her manicure. this has been reported to the ACCC. Worst business I’ve ever encountered

Absolutely disgraceful and dirty! I have been getting acrylic done for 15+ yrs and never had an infection or medical issue. Not only was I charged $130 for a full set of acrylic nails which I questioned and was rudely responded to, but I got a nail infection so severe, due to the woman being so rough and careless. My whole hand become severely swollen, the pain was unbearable and I have had x2 children (1 with no drugs), I know what pain is, this was unbearable. I became sick and almost septic due to this infection and lost my entire nail. It’s only just growing back 3 months later and my finger and nail are not the same as they previously were. Be very careful with this place. Hygiene First Ladies!

I've been here twice now - been happy both times - its not the BEST but its deffs not the worst. Had to post since all the reviews on here are very negative. I was really happy with my first exp - best manicure id ever gotten. Still happy today. The place has moved to right across from blu ginger, its newly renovated and very well presented. Ladies were friendly :) Only downside was that it took a decent 50 mins just for infills, and theres no arm rest on the bench so your forearms get a bit sore (nothing major)

Hi,went here yesterday with my friend to get acrylic manicure for both of us and can I just say this was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had in my entire life with any nail salon ever. firstly, instead of soaking off the acrylic nails like they’re supposed to they yanked off our old nails and then filed our fingers, leaving our fingers to bleed and be cut. my friend was never told a price before they had started. I was told mine would cost $70 ended up, making us both pay $85 each for a basic design. they did not ask me what nail shape I wanted and they butchered my nails entirely. both of us have clumpy see-through, patchy Nail polish did not clean up around the finger very messy. not only were they rude to my friend and I but every customer that walked in they were rude to talking smack about, did not listen to any of their customers requests, just told them no and laughed. we felt we were rushed and that they did not care about their customers at all. I wish I could give this a zero stars will definitely be telling all my friends to never ever go to this place.

I wish I could give 0 stars I never give a review but this is really disappointing so have to Do not go here. Paid $60 for a set of SNS with tips which was applied uneven and hence chipped after a few days. I went back and ask them to fix it for just 2 of the nails which was chipped they said I have to pay $10 and the lady was so rude I paid full $60 to get chipped nails service is terrible if you want beautiful nails and service please do visit other salon which provide way more better services NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN now I understand why they have just 2.3 ratings.

Rude, unprofessional ,aggressive, physically rough staff that hurt my nails, became angry and argumentative when I asked for my nails to be soaked off instead of roughly and painfully pulled off, they sit there and gossip about customers and you can literay tell,very uncomfortable overpriced i would not recommend

Wish i could rate it 0 stars! I went in for just a manicure and asked them to keep them as long and natural in shape as possible. they then cut off about 4mm of each nail right down to the nail bed - i didn’t notice how short they were until they were all done because i was choosing a colour and they didn’t ask/check what length i was happy with! After telling them i was upset with the length, they deflected and did not apologize, then proceeding to do the most rushed and messy job i’ve had from anywhere in Canberra. this photo is from right after finishing! VERY disappointed.

Terrible terrible service. Asked for one colour and when I saw her doing a different colour I stopped and asked her if she was doing the colour I asked. She rudely yelled yes at me. I let her continue to which I ended up with a whole different colour than what I asked. It cost me $60 for infills for a completely different colour. I went back in and asked why they didn’t do the colour and they had no idea why I was questioning it and that I had never asked for that nail colour and if I wanted that colour it would cost me an extra $25.
