Appalling accounts staff. Unprofessional on the phone. Phoned demanding payment for an item paid for by phone eight days earlier (with receipt issued). Seemed to think it was my issue to prove it. I suggested that she check her records and call me back . I will not be dealing with this firm again.

Orders take forever to be delivered. Our is still in a process after nearly 5 weeks of waiting...

Was constantly told after calling that my order was on it's way. 5 weeks later said I was going to cancel and it was miraculously sent that day. The bed was not used and they wouldn't refund the day after it arrived.

Exceptional after sales service from Alphacare at Cardiff:In August 2016 I purchased a base model transit wheelchair for my sick wife. In December the wheelchair suffered a major component failure and was virtually unusable.We had just left for a short holiday at Jervis Bay, arriving down there on a Sunday..I called Alphacare first thing on Monday morning, and they didn't hesitate to provide us with a full replacement, and fast tracked the delivery direct to us at our holiday rental at Jervis Bay. We received the replacement on Tuesday morning at 10:30.Unfortunately the replacement wheelchair suffered some minor damage in transit, so I again reported this to Alphacare.They suggested that when I was home again I bring it out and they would see what had to be done. A few days after arriving back home I took the 2nd wheelchair to Alphacare and they replaced it without hesitation.I don't think I've ever had such good after sales service.
