Had a great experience with BBPC, from getting a quotation to the work they did on my car. Communication was also great, was kept in tabs from parts being ordered to when the work was being done. Even went to the extent of painting my rims.Honestly, they outdid themselves and I highly recommend them.

I had our Golf repaired here after I did a number on the side, swiping a concrete pylon. Three panels had to be repaired and they look good as new. Silver paint has been matched perfectly. They even fixed up a small dent on the opposite door at no extra cost. Took as long as quoted. I had this done privately (not through my insurer). Very happy. Thanks Bert Bennet.

If I could give a 0 stars to this place I would, Claire the reception young imature girl was xtremally rude and unprofessional! I have my own business with 5 stars reviews our clients are number 1 and need to be treat with respect and priority, because without them we wouldn’t be in business…….the only thing I ask was is if they could repair my car quicker then 2 weeks because I have 3 kids and she even say to me so what?????Just dropped my car to Osborne Smash repairs and what a difference of service. All sorted and even organize a rental car for me.10 out of 10 for Osborne Smash repairs very professional kind helpful and getting my car sorted straight away.

I was very impressed with the service I received, from the lady on the front desk to the gentleman that checked my caravan, all the personal I encountered in Peter Bennet Panel Centre were very polite, patient, and a pleasure to deal with, I left there with a smile on my dial,

My experience, contrary to few, was really pleasing. I had given my car to paint under the insurance claim. For some reasons we had to shift the appointment and they accommodated us without any issue. The car was worked upon and finished in 72 hours which was contrary to my expectation of a week. The staff was very polite and helpful and lastly, the workmanship is quite good. Totally satisfied. Will recomend to anyone.

I took my car for a full closed door paint job.They did an amazing job with helping me out in everything u could ask for, great price and staff .I made an scratch on the car 2 weeks later helped me fix it.And the paint job quality is awesome. I took the car to two other shop for ceramic coating; they were pretty amazed by the job aswellFor real, recommend to anyone who want a good paint job.

I have had a really positive experience with Bert Bennett Panel. It was an insurance job as someone crashed into the back of my car....grrrr....I am VERY pleased with the work done on my car, it looks brand new! Fantastic! Darren was great to deal with regarding the work required for my car. Katrina was also very good to deal with on the phone and behind the desk, including explaining the process.The only (slight) negative was that it took 2 days longer than I thought and I didn't get the SMS updates until day 7 onwards. I didn't know that panel beaters had this system and they had a different mobile number recorded for me by mistake.Would definitely use then again if I had to.
