Be cautious of this company. Get quotes in writing. My elderly mother was quoted a price to do a small job (to download photos and videos onto a USB stick from a phone) and then was charged four times the price on pick up. She was told the job would take a “few” hours and not to bother waiting at the store to wait for the job to finish, but was never told that he was charging $110/hr. From a quote of $60-$90 she then returned to the store to be charged $380 without confirmation to go ahead with the extra hours to complete the job.When the owner of the company was confronted about the extra charge, we were told there was nothing he could do for us and he had to charge for his time spent on the job. No negotiation, and no accountability was taken for that lack of communication on his behalf.A shame that there is no compassion or compromise for a pensioner.
