Two staff members (or volunteers), at Vinnies Airlie Beach need to learn some customer service. Purchased bulk lot of books and I asked if they could be discounted. Was told no..fair enough ! Doesn't hurt to ask, however as I was leaving the store, I heard the lady say to the other did you charge her $3.00 each"

This is quite a large shop and has an extensive range of womens, mens & childrens clothing, manchester, bric a brac and little odds & ends.Pricing is on par with most op shops, with some good buys & also some, ( in my opinion) overpriced items.The shop is well set out & very clean.

Went to Vinnies at 2.30pm on a Tuesday afternoon and was surprised to find the closed sign on the door (closes at 4pm). I thought it may have been a mistake as I could see numerous people in the store. I attempted to open the door, it was locked. Then came the most shocking moment, a lady walked over to the door to ensure the latch was locked so I could not enter! No smile, no explanation. As a volunteer organisation it would be understandable if they were short of staff, but this is not a the way to treat supporters of your organisation.

Friendly service. Music I haven't heard since I was a kid which makes me laugh a bit. Always find good things here. Even my partner who never finds anything he likes happened to find clothes and other things for himself. Really tidy place and the best change rooms.Lots and lots of women's clothes, bras and swimmers!!!!!

This place is adorable and I am so glad I investigated. I'm backpacking and I want cute clothes out here but I cannot afford the shops on the main drag so I checked this place out and got two cute sundresses for super cheap. They had a lot of clothes, lots of dresses especially. They also have a nice selection of books and it was all organized by genre which was great. Fittigb rooms to try stuff on and nice staff. Great store!

Just happened to shop on a half-price day. Found loads of goodies at already great prices. The Sunny Coast op shops could take a leaf from Airlie's book!! Nice large store, big change rooms, ample parking. The service was friendly and very nice.
