Old Miners Cottages
You have to share toilet's & bathroom with other guests. The TV didn't work and the mosquitoes were annoying. The tariff is higher than we paid for far superior apartments at Lodestar Waterside Apartments in Perth. Stay in Geraldton if you can. The hosts are lovely people - sadly I can't recommend the old miners cottages.

With very short notice a room was available for us. A lovely quiet place for us to stop overnight. Owners were wonderful. The cottage was presented very well and very clean. You can see they take a lot of pride. Breakfast was available right on time. If you looking for somewhere in the area fully recommend.

These quaint cottages are full of charms and interesting beautiful scenery. The rooms are more than adequate for one's stay to the extent of exceeding one's expectations! You will never regret if you stop by for a little stay!

Loved staying in such a historical building.The owners were away but Greg was a wealth of information from a historical point of view and his own family connections .. thank you for sharing your history with us and sending us to some hidden gems .....Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Thank you David and Heidi for the stay in your historic bed and breakfast cottage.COVID meant that they were apologetic but unable to offer their usual breakfast service, but having free reign of the well stocked kitchen was nearly as good.

Heidi and David are excellent hosts and offer a breakfast for champions under the historic cottage veranda with a beautiful outlook. We resumed our epic drive very refreshed, as much by the morning conversation as through their hospitality generally, not least David’s Vietnamese coffee.

I highly recommend the old miners cottage bed and breakfast, fantastic hosts full of conversations and stories. I loved the quietness and scenery after a busy week, my children loved the attention and little lesson how to set a table properly.
