ExcellentWe͏ first met Skip when we bought a property through him. He impressed us so much that we then listed another property with him and he didn't let us down. He had to do a lot of work for the sale with a difficult buyer but he came through at every stage.We would definitely recommend Skip if you are selling :)PS He's partial to a good Pizza too...... LOL

He kept in contact with us and nothing was too much trouble. He organised all inspections for us prior to the sale going through as he knew who to contact as we were in Perth and didn't have that local knowledge. We can't recommend Skip highly enough, he made our experience a pleasurable one.

I initially met Skip, while visiting one house for sale. I have noticed his professionalism. He was then recommended to me again. I have never regretted working with him. His role was outstanding. He sold the property 12 hours after signing the sale contract with him at an elevated price at the time. He has also a very friendly and direct personality.I am recommending him if you want to sell your house quickly and above the market price.
