Happy to hear that Layerz has opened its door again. Had Matcha croissant and Custard cinnamon puff (not sure whether its a puff or roll). My childhood favourite was custard puff pastry horn and this reminded me of that but with thicker pastry which what I prefered more now. Matcha croissant was heavenly. I love the matcha crumbs on top of the croissant. Price is definitely reasonable.

Probably some of the best tarts I've had in Perth. The Lemon Meringue, Pear & Almond & Strawberry Frangipane Tart are some of the tastiest desserts/tarts I've tasted - and definitely the best tasting desserts delivered!!

4.5 stars.A little French Patisserie located in Morley Coventry Village. It only sells traditional French bakery products - Marshallows, cakes, and bread with some Asian flavors like Durian and Matcha fillings.Surprise! The bread and croissants are heavy as full of fillings, heavier than other bakery. Croissants have many layers and crispy. Fresh. Delicated. Good quality. Good value.- Chocolate Banana & Almond, $6- Almond Croissant, $6Each bread is packed in paper bags individually. Pretty large bags for a small bread.We just tried traditional flavors. We would like to try other flavors next time.

Tried pear, almond croissant, pistachio and custard. Ooo... The pastry was perfect, the custard filling was flowy and tasted just right. I would be trying everything there in time to come!

Layerz is open again and I couldn't be happier! All their desserts are consistently amazing, but if you could only choose one thing I highly recommend their matcha crossiant! Best matcha crossiant in Perth!

An unassuming bakery pumping out top-notch pastries that rival the best in Perth. They don’t have much of a social media presence so are definitely more of a local hidden gem but they’re a must-try if you’re in the area. Big fan of the durian and pistachio croissants and lemon meringue pie. Looking forward to visiting again soon!

Layerz has hands down the most scrumptious croissants in Perth. I've so far tried the Durian Crossaint, Matcha Adzuki and Pear Crumble (which is like a muffin x croissant, a cruffin!). I can't pick my favourite as they're all absolute perfection. The pastry is flakey and perfectly cooked. All the fillings are balanced well too. This is my new go-to for a sweet treat.

Exceptional pastries shop, well-balanced sweetness, looks appealing. Variety of croissants and great taste. Love the vanilla twist and Almond croissant. Much recommend 5/5
