Fantastic Furniture

We viewed the Monaco Entertainment Unit in store and bought it online as it was $35 cheaper. We were advised that the wait time was up to 12 weeks however, we actually only waited 2 weeks; that's what the 1 star was awarded for. The product is excellent despite step 11 being total gobbledegook but that has nothing to do with Fantastic Furniture. We weren't advised that the product was actually instore so we didn't need to wait 3 months for it to arrive from Chy-Nah. Luckily my wife is a witch, she just decided to check up on it, she saw there was one left, we got it, FANTASTIC!Management needs to quickly do something about the bald, heavily tattooed angry AF storeman (he'd be about my age I guess, mid 50s). He was carrying on like a pork chop, complaining it was too busy (there were 3 customers patiently waiting), yelling at his co-workers who looked stressed and frustrated at his pathetic antics. There were two uniformed emergency services offices standing together and he yells at them ARE YOU TWO TOGETHER?! Of course they are mate! I was just laughing at him and telling him to chill out. The two officers helped me put my product into my car and they were saying that there's something definitely wrong with that bloke. He needs counselling and some sort of anger management therapy and maybe lay off the glass pipe because he's cooked!

We sought to purchase stock marked as available for purchase both in store (on the tag itself) and online. We were declined and rather than given any explanation the customer service staff member just kept repeating yeah true". Poor customer service and not reflective of other positive experiences at other outlets in the same franchise."

Poor Customer Service, never listen to the complain by customer. Andy, one of the staff in the store giving the wrong information to the us and RUDE team manager telling us, Andy will never make mistake because Andy is a senior sales, if any mistake happen, it must be made by the guest. Also, they didn’t do the proper delivery as they promised. When getting complain from the guest, the RUDE manager tell us again, their delivery team was well trained, they will never do things wrong, it must be customer’s fault. The WORST customer service I had ever in Australia!

Extremely poor quality with extensive damage that took months to have replaced only to open the replacement box and find the replacement was damaged too. This was made even worse with the pathetic service from the stores assistant manager who was extremely rude . It might be cheap but it’s still not worth it.

Poor Customer Service, Rude team members telling us , She fixed the bed more than 10 times today, which is not our business. That’s why they are there to do their job. Nothing on Stock!! They just wasting our time to select the products and give pure disappointment at the end.

We purchased a book shelf from fantastic furniture. Pretty much all the screws and bolts either don’t fit or slide out easily. It has been the worst experience of my life putting it together and still it is nowhere as close as what it looked in the shop. I am not a Carpenter but have done a few of these from other brands in the past. THIS WAS MY WORST EXPERIENCE….

DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE.Staff are not professional and giving wrong information (even the RUDE manager told us that he is the senior sales), delivery people from the team are not delivered the items into the proper way as they promised previously. RUDE manager were never listen to the customer.STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I will NEVER shop there again.And head office should be reviewing their WHOLE DARWIN TEAM!

The customer service was good but the actually shopping experience was pretty depressing. The air con was barely working so I was hot and bothered. Also most of the selection is cheap chipboard.

I recieved amazing service from Joseph, he was incredibly helpful.I will definitely shop here again.

After a frustrating experience at other furniture outlets we decided to check out fantastic furniture.Andrew and Angela were extremely helpful and friendly and it made our experience so much better.They went above and beyond to help us and Angela helped me with colour selections and styles to match which our soon to be apartment and just by photos we showed her haha. Even though not all products weren't available at the time ( which is not they're fault as team members it's supply and shipping times) they let us know that in roughly 3-4 weeks our goods would be delivered.ANDREW AND ANGELA THANK YOU FOR BEING SO LOVELY AND SO HELPFUL WE WILL BE BACK AGAIN.
