Worst service in my life! Called my bike a BigW bike and how bad it is, couldn't fix it and I had to pay the full price. They literally destroyed the bearing in effect of trying to change a simple spoke. Never again.

Brock is very knowledgeable and goes out of his way to give great customer service. I don't mind travelling from Yamba to Grafton to make sure that my bicycle is well looked after.

I bought a mountain bike for my son in June 21. The owner was very knowledgeable, and really took the time to understand what we wanted. I'm now looking for a bike for myself and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Went in for some advice and the gentleman could not have been nicer. Spent a few hundred just for the service alone. Lots of bikes, parts and quality items. Definately will return to have services done here.
