Took my Tesla in for a puncture repair. Asked the guy whether he had worked on Tesla’s and is aware of Jack Mode. Was advised that they have worked on hundreds of Tesla’s and they would call me in an hour to pick it up. About 90 minutes later I received a call from a lady to advise that my car was ready for pick-up. Got there and was handed the key by the same lady who called. I asked how much for the repair and was surprisingly advised that it wasn’t repaired. When I questioned why she responded with I don’t appreciate being recorded". I advised that you obviously don’t understand Tesla technology. She just kept on saying I don’t appreciate being recorded.“Lady

Had to get tyres done on my car, was worried about going somewhere as always getting ripped off because im a female and not knowing much about cars.But when I walked in everyone was so lovely and nice, the owner his wife and daughter were welcoming and helped me out straight away.Can't recommend this place enough!! quick and quality service with a positive vibe.Wasn't intimidated by a male environment, the girls are awesome!!Thank you so much G&S Tyres, will be going here in the future.

Had to have 2 tyres replaced on daughter's car which was at a local mechanic who was supposed to arrange. Finally went to G&S and they could not have been more helpful and went and picked up the car and did the tyres straight away. Their service was friendly, professional and could not have been faulted.

Honest assessment of my tyre problem. Repairs carried out in a most efficient manner. And knowledgeable and friendly staff. Repair costs can be best summarised as fair and reasonable. Highly recommended Tyre repair facility.

It's rare to find honesty, so for that alone I've given Barbara a 5 star rating. I told her I had an issue of two tyres deflating and was given the price. Upon pickup I was told that only one tyre needed repair and charged for the one only. Could have easily charged me for two and I would have been none the wiser. The reason I chose to go there was because a colleague of mine had a similar 'honest' experience. Good on them. I'll be back.

Barbara and Matt repaired my off-road tyre quickly and at a very fair price. Their friendly and efficient service is what will bring me back next time I need anything tyre related.

One of the most disappointing mechanic experiences I've ever had. No doubt that they know what they're doing here, but they don't know how to treat customers. Arguing with me about what I wanted them to do and then having to pay them double because they didn't mention things like disposal or alignment then blamed me for not telling them that's what I wanted. I'm not a mechanic, how am I meant to know the different things required during a job.

Don't know about the product yet. Bad balancing. Returned for balancing redo - still no good. Returned second time after 3 hours travel to get there - oh we forgot to cancel. Third time - either balancing needs to work or tyres come off. Two days lost work . However, Barbara was nice.
