My parcel was delivered to the wrong address and its been 3 weeks and they have not organised with the sender to have my item resent! Very poor customer service and zero communication from them. Had to keep ringing for an update but never had the courtesy to call me for updates! Certainly not superior service as they advertise!

Lost parcel yet again...3 parcels clearly marked ..2 parcels delivered.....why was intelligence not used to register that there was a parcel missing...when I called about this parcel was told that it will now go back to brisbane after it was at Hervey bay to Bundaberg now to brisbane just to return n come back to try n be delivered for a 2nd time. This is becoming a common occurrence. Meanwhile we have just lost over $1000 in jobs which were booked...so thanks for that....NOT. very angry customer.
