My time with Katie was simply amazing. The space is so calm and inviting and Katie instantly makes you feel at ease. Whether you are new to Reiki or not, you are definitely in for a tranquil treat that doesn’t end when you walk out the door. Katie leaves you with warm words to help transfer the inner healing of the session to your everyday life out into the real world.

Katie is the most beautiful, kind and effective massage therapist. The whole experience is one of calm, beauty and nurturing, with lots of attention to small details and meeting you where you’re at that day. I left feeling so relaxed and I carried that feeling through my day. I could not recommend more highly.

Katie has created a beautiful, harmonious space that is homely, welcoming and relaxing. Her massages are out of this world, she is passionate, professional and she really does provide a holistic experience, allowing time to prepare before and after the treatment. Good for mind and body!

I had my first appointment with Katie last week and it was amazing. Katie is warm and welcoming and her space is very inviting. I have a tendency to live in my head and find it difficult to keep it quiet so requested a relaxation massage. Katie was able to drop me back into my body with a deep meditative calm that I have never had from a massage before, and I have had a lot of massages. Katie is a very special therapist.

Katie welcomed me into a beautiful space with delicious tea and aroma. After a casual conversation about my wellbeing she got me comfortable and proceeded to give me the most wonderfully relaxing massage. Katie is so attentive, even massaging my fingers! I felt so relaxed and revived afterwards and I look forward to my next appointment.

I felt more relaxed during my session with Katie than I have all pregnancy. Such a beautiful space and atmosphere and I can’t wait to go again!

Today I walked into With Katie Stephenson feeling overstimulated, exhausted and tense and walked out feeling like I could breathe again. Every corner and surface within Katie’s massage room has been carefully curated so that you instantly feel comfortable, relaxed, warm and loved (exactly like one of Katie’s hugs)! Katie, from the minute I booked, had me feeling nurtured and nourished. She sent a link to a blog she has written about what Reiki involves (I was a newcomer) and was in touch available for any questions in the lead-up to heading in.Arriving in her thoughtfully set up space felt delicious. She skillfully supported me to 'land' with some deep slow and supported inhalations of a grounding essential oil mix.Over a carefully selected herbal tea sipped from cute-as-heck pottery cups we identified and set a clear and powerful intention for my session.I was feeling so blissy and that was all before I was even up on the table snuggled into some carefully curated textiles that got layered over me ready for the session!I won this treatment and knew minutes into laying there delighting in feeling so rested and at ease that I would be booking my next one from my car before I drove away.It is not often that I am able to bring on for myself that deep sense of being in my 'rest and digest' physiological/mental state. Katie so skillfully led me there and I cannot wait to both return myself (I did book asap apon leaving) and to let parents I come across in my Parent Coaching interactions know about what she offers from her 'safe sanctuary of soothe' over there in Mayfield.
