They're a courier" company that won't deliver anything

Driver stopped out front, Went out waved to him, drove off. was told he would be back. so sat out front for 20 mins. only to call up to find out what's going on to be told that it's coming tomorrow. as he's going back to depot. Absolutely terrible service.

Would give them 0 stars if possible. Every single dealing I've had with them has been a nightmare. They refuse to deliver to your address eventhough you've paid for it!I would recommend businesses to please check the couriers they use and make sure they are not in partnership with Kingaroy freight as they're useless. Here is an example of the bad service I've received from them to the best of my recollection: they called and texted me multiple times in the space of 48 hours to let me know I have a package awaiting collection. When I asked if these are separate packages as I've just been contacted about this, they say they're not sure as there's no note. I inform both people I spoke to, to please keep my packages there for 2 weeks, as I live 40 mins out of town and won't have transport for a little bit and therefore can't collect the package straight away and they say that's fine. I look into it and there is only 1 package.A few days later I get a message from the person who sent the package informing me that the parcel has been sent back to them! What was the point in talking to kingaroy freight! I didn't even waste my time asking for them to deliver it to me as I've already experienced their customer service" but I figured surely they can hold on to the package for a couple of weeks. Apparently not. I can only surmise that they did this out of spite or they lack any kind of professionalism orcommon sense because how hard hard is it to make a note to keep a package for 2 weeks?Honestly I'm amazed that this business has as good a Google rating as it does. Just use Australia post

Honestly, I feel sorry for the staff who work at KFE. I feel they must deal with a lot of negativity because of the poor leadership of this organisation.I could go through example after example of their poor behaviour, but, it’s just not worth the time. Also it’s obvious from the response KFE has made to other reviews that they don’t care and would rather litigate than fix the problems with their business.I urge you to take my advice and when you place an order let them know that you won’t accept the order if it comes through Kingaroy Freight Express. An alternative is Kingaroy Couriers who are exceptional to work with.I’m surprised they have any stars at all. I actually wonder if the positive reviews are legitimate as I’ve never had a positive experience with them.

They are a disgrace can't even deliver a parcel to the right place ask them if they can help find it and got told not their problem its outta their hands all because the driver said it's at the right address when clearly it's not now looking for it won't NOT recommend at all

Seemingly random issues with “last leg” of the journey. Sometimes they deliver, sometimes we are asked to “pick up from depot”. No rhyme or reason. Apparently need “authorisation” from seller to deliver more than 3km from nearest LPO. So frustrating - the seller has been paid to organise a courier to deliver it to my property. Is it because KFE are simply agents for the main courier companies? I honestly don’t know why paid door to door deliveries cannot occur in this day and age, especially with so much competition. Never had an issue with Australia Post, 4.5km from LPO. Where possible, I opt for Australia Post instead.

Will not delivery to my address, told by very rude and obnoxious man at their office we don't deliver to rural farms". It's not a farm. I get Australia postal service here. I get a phone call from their driver to go and pick up elsewhere

Rang about a delivery, couldn’t deliver to my home but still yet to see the parcel at the service station I was told it was at, that was a week ago and no text confirmation of any delivery. Phone staff don’t seem to know what they’re doing, maybe some training might help!!!?
