If only I could take stars away - seriously these guys have zero communication skills. Quote one fee but then charge whatever they like. Try to followup on the extra charges and surprise surprise wont answer or return calls, and wont respond to emails. Got notified 2 hours before settlement is delayed because they didn't realise paperwork needed to be sent to the buyers solicitor. This company is a joke and do yourself a favour and don't engage.

I will never recommend Think Conveyancing to any of my clients. They do not keep in contact with you, they do not return clients calls when they've called 4 times over 5 days and they still haven't called me back from 2 weeks ago, regarding a sale of a property. 10/10 would not recommend again.

We used Think conveyancing for a recent purchase, Michelle looked after us and she was amazing! She was all over it and kept us up to date at every step. Can’t fault their service. We would happily use Think again!

First time property buyer in Gold coast from NSW. I have bought multple properties in Sydney via few solicitors in Sydney. This GC legal team is terrible. I have never expected such poor service. I feel like I'm serving them and find myself a DIY conveyance. They promised to send paperper but didn't deliver their promise. I wish I could have read this review.

Please absolutely run the other way if you even remotely consider this company for your conveyancing! They are incompetent and downright misleading. They'll quote you an amount and then chip away with lots of additional charges. They tell you they are solicitors but my contact from start to finish was an inexperienced legal assistant with zero knowledge. I placed an extra settlement amount in their account and 'mysteriously' they needed the whole amount to settle. Three days out from settlement they still couldn't give me Trust account details or settlement amount. I then finally got the account details and put an extra amount in to ensure we were not short on settlement. All funds gone with no explanation as to why. The google ads are just spin. Long, long, frustratingly long story short.....stay away!

DO NOT USE! You have been warned. What should have been an exciting experience was made into a nightmare by this incompetent organisation. Bith real estate agents, other solicitor and my mentor were dumbfounded by the incompetence and incorrect information provided by these guys! There are plenty of conveyancers out there, use any others but DO NOT USE Think Conveyancing!!!!

Sidnee handled our sale, working around me having a baby mid-settlement. Her attention to detail was vital in ensuring our settlement was seamless and her communication was always prompt and crystal clear. Would not hesitate to recommend and will definitely be coming back for the next property!

Very disappointed with the service provided by Think Conveyancing. I had to chase for information, made numerous phone calls to an answering service, my phone calls were not returned, my emails were not replied to. A major lack of guidance and ZERO accountability. I would not recommend this service unless you are confident that you can pretty much manage your own conveyancing needs....

Sidnee was great. She answered all my questions quickly and was great on settlement day when we had some delays. Would definitely recommend.

I will never recommend Think Conveyancing to do your Conveyancing. They Charge extra money to add or change a name such as $300 to add a Middle name and Never answer there phones and don't get back to you regarding dead lines like building and pest and finance when there due. They sound cheap but you get what you pay for.....
