I really enjoyed my classes. They individualise the first ten minutes of class, so you can work towards your own goals. The relaxation section at the end is also very relaxing. The teachers are considerate, friendly and professional.

Excellent service. The classes are easy to follow, nice and gentle for beginners. I enjoy the personal practices as I can focus on different areas of my body and set personal goals for me to achieve. The ambience is great. The other students are friendly and the studio is neat and clean.

Loved my yoga session with Tree Pose Yoga, neat studio with bright open windows. Really refreshing experience, I loved every minute of my practice. Teacher is very supportive - do try them if your in the Baulkham Hills area.

I had my first class with Samantha at her beautiful and cozy studio this morning and I really enjoyed it. Samantha is professional, caring and her big smile really makes you feel welcome. Highly recommend this yoga studio. I love coming to Tree Pose Yoga, with the best instructor Samantha early mornings. I always feel so relaxed and connected and love when we finish off the session with Tea from Sandy. Always clean and and stunning in house interior design and decor. Honestly feels like heaven! My favourite place on earth. Must Try!!

Love this studio... Sam has made such a beautiful space. The classes are excellent and they give you a bit of everything. Love that they offer 8pm classes so I can go after the kids are down for the night. The option to have some soothing tea, snacks and conversation after the class is just lovely. Highly recommend!

Love this yoga class, look forward to going at least once, if not twice a week. Both the instructors are great and make sure to meet everyone's individual needs and the timetable means it's really easy to fit classes into your own schedule. Highly recommend coming here and giving it a try!
