Fluff Hair

The best hair salon I've found! All of the staff are super friendly and welcoming and the salon has a really relaxing atmosphere. They can handle any type of hair, even super thick hair like mine. I've always had trouble finding a place that I can trust to handle my hair and cut it exactly the way I want, and now I've found it. The salon is great for all ages and I could not recommend Fluff Hair more highly.

For the first time in my entire life, I walked out of the hairdresser feeling like myself, and not some imposter with ridiculously cut and styled hair. Mario ACTUALLY listened to me, considered my hair type and texture (long, thick, curly/wavy hair), and gave me EXACTLY the cut I asked for - only better. Honestly, it's the best hair I have ever had. Thank you SO much - total game changer. I'll return for sure.

There were no free appointments till mid January but I'm grateful Mario was able to get me in today. I am always my most adventurous with my curly hair when I visit Fluff cause I trust Mario's advice. He's kind, funny and can hold a great conversation. He never pushes you with up selling and will always make sure you use what you have at home first. Highly recommend Mario & Charlotte @fluff.

I've been going to Fluff for a few months now, and I can't imagine going anywhere else. I've got difficult curly hair, and Mario knows exactly the right way to deal with it. His team is friendly, great to talk to, and they do their jobs with panache.I can't recommend Fluff hair highly enough.

These guys are fabulous!!! I'm a nightmare, usually colour my hair at home, hack at my fringe between 12 monthly trims - because I don't have 100's of dollars every time I go to the salon - I recently splurged for a colour and a trim (a wee treat for myself on my B'day), I didn't have a clue what I wanted and had booked in last minute and was ludicrously unclear when trying to articulate what I was thinking - so they talked me through options and I am sooooooo happy with the results (and I didn't have to sell one of my babies :) ) ps don't be put off by the decor, I had walked passed a few times and thought naaaahhh not for me....sorry guys....but maybe that's part of the charm.... it's not intimidating at all and neither are the staff , tis a little 80's but jeepers they know what they're doing and will listen and keep going to ensure you're 100% happy when you're finished... love them!!!

I have been searching for a salon that is not arrogant and makes you feel comfortable and you and your team provide that. Tommy is an awesome hairdresser. He took great care of me - talking through options, then giving me a cut, tone, wash and blow dry that I was really happy with. He also gives the best head massage ever with the wash!! He is a talented hairdresser and kind, with top customer service skills. The salon played good music, which is always a bonus. The price was very reasonable. I will definitely come here whenever I visit Melbourne.

Had a lovely experience at Fluff Hair. Mario took his time to evaluate my hair and find out what I wanted. You can tell he is really passionate about what he does! I left with a gorgeous hair cut! So happy :)
