I emailed around plenty of businesses large and small and Gates R US were there only business to get back to me on the same day! None of the other businesses even bothered to reply back after I provided them with great detail for a quote. Not even a call.Different story with Gates R US! Darren called me promptly and organized a property inspection very quickly! Quote was provided very rapidly and the product installed surprisingly even faster!The quality of service and professionalism right from the start from Gates R US has been fantastic! I would highly recommend these guys for anyone that require a gate to be built. The quality of the build and product is also 10/10. Once again highly recommended for all your gate needs!

If you want experts to do the job, then Gates R Us are them. Knowledgeable, easy going, goes the extra mile, and above all honest. Over the years we have had so many incompetent companies doing poor patch up jobs on our Owners Corporation remote gate. Throwing good money after bad. Darren has installed a new motor and restored a gate that is over 28 years old. Darren and the team are now the preferred gate contractor for our Owners Corporation complex. Highly recommend Darren.

From Rachel in the office, to Darren and the guys installing, Gates R Us have been wonderful. We were gifted a new puppy from the Starlight Foundation for our daughter with cerebral palsy and were in a bit of a rush to get some gates to make our backyard safe. Do not bother to ring them. I have wasted my time, took a half day off to meet the young man who measured up our gates. very professional. BUT, the owner could not bother to get back to me. several emails and calls later and one promise of a quote and I am still waiting. Very unprofessional and down right rude! if you don't want the $3,0000.00 job say so right from the start. Don't waste clients times with your lies,. Very unhappy!! Do not use these people

After dealing with this great company 2 years ago my one of my remotes died due to water damage..I rang Darren & he said i need a new item as its short circuited... Told me to ring Rob in the office the next day..so I did & I ordered 2x on the Thursday & received in the mail on Tuesday. I then called Darren who happily helped me program my 2 remotes over the phone within a minute.What a legend!Awesome quick service all round.Thankyou once again for your help!!Excellent super friendly service!!I
