The service at this particular pharmacy is hit and miss, but I have not and will not step foot in this place ever again due to the way the owner of this store treated me! Basically said that I didn’t care about my partners medical condition and making it hard for her to get her medication! It’s a real shame as some of the people are extremely nice here (when and if they want to be).

Having difficulty finding my medication, called ahead and the chemist told me they had it in stock.Drove 30 minutes, put in my script and was told they couldn’t fill it because of priorities.Explicitly asked on the phone if they could sell it to my category and was assured I qualified.So disappointing. :(

Visited on Thursday to drop a prescription off, they didn’t have it and would have to get it in. Went to pick up on Tuesday only 2 staff and pharmacist. Was ignored for 15 minutes before leaving. Went back today (Thursday) a week later, and they had to go looking for it. Service is always subpar. Think from now on I’ll drive the extra 5 minutes to Thornton for better service and not be ignored.

I have nothing but Nice Words to say about this Pharmacy...Staff are always helpfull and friendly...its a down to Earth Pharmacy"..not one of these Glitz and Glamour types you see everywhere else...and that to me is what a Pharmacy is....there for your health and well being..not a Glamourised "one stop shop"."

I went into this pharmacy looking for baby products whilst being in a new area and I was greeted with such great customer service from Jess. She was able to reassure a first time mum and was ableto find a better product then what I was looking, I will be back for sure if I need anything while down that way.
