My experience with real wealth has been fantastic.The property academy is very thorough and I believe that this is the only program that truly educate you how to start your investment journey. Being a Real Wealth Australia member has been a great experience and one I would recommend to anyone investing in property.The Property Academy events and mentor support really highlights the value you are getting as a member. No question is unanswered and everyone gets an opportunity to speak face to face and one on one.Thank you Helen, Ed and the mentors for your help and guidance through the education program and property academies.

It has taken many months for me to consider my overall experience with RWA. In the end, it was a BAD experience.I joined the program after attending a free workshop. I joined because I believed that the RWA team were experts who were passionate about helping people like me get into property investment.I purchased two investment properties during the course of my membership with RWA.In the beginning, my mentor appeared supportive and replied to communications promptly. Resources were provided and data on the member’s page website was updated frequently.Toward the end of my membership, communications dropped off. Emails and phone calls went unanswered. The so-called mentor who was supposed to support me on my journey IGNORED my attempts at communication.I brought this issue up with Helen. Helen responded by acknowledging that the mentor had not reached expectations over a certain period due to staff shortages etc etc, but that the final lack of response was not intentional. To date, no response from the mentor.Also, RWA promise to provide access to a “panel of experts”. The finance expert is eLink finance, whom Helen is a co-founder of (which I did not know at the time). My experience with eLink was negative, which Helen again acknowledged by saying that that particular staff member was no longer part of the company.After acknowledging the unprofessional and de-motivating customer service experience, Helen offered to provide me with the resources I was searching for. In the end, I did not take up her offer since my opinion of RWA and eLink has completely deteriorated.I DO NOT recommend this program.Yes, I was able to purchase two properties however, the experience with this company has left a bad taste. There are other programs out there that offer a more specialised customer service experience.Add photos

My husband and I joined Real Wealth Australia back in April 2016. We were apprehensive to say the least. However, the mentoring we received from Helen and her team of experts quickly alleviated any fears that we had. The tools - including a wide range of reading material, access to the Real Wealth Australia Vault and Property Mentors and property investment seminars - gave us the confidence to forge ahead with our property investment goals. We joined Real Wealth Australia in Feb 2016 and it took us about three months to complete the comprehensive education program about property investing. We had a keen interest at that time but no experience investing in property. We had very little savings but decent equity in our home and a moderate family income. Since then, we have purchased five investment properties across Australia. After taking Helen's advice and creating our individual buying strategy, we have purchased properties between $300K - $400K. The average yield across our portfolio is 5.8% meaning we don't have to chip in much each week to cover the costs but all the properties have grown in value during the last three years.We have found Helen and the whole team at Real Wealth Australia to be extremely knowledgeable and supportive. The education and guidance we have received has been a catalyst to buy investment class properties that will allow us to achieve financial freedom.
